Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Richmond

The house is very cozy and comfortable. The area is quiet and feels safe. We were allowed to arrive early without even asking. The house seems decorated with love, and the view is incredible. We went to visit UC Berkeley with our 5 teenage kids and dog, and everyone loved the house. We would love to stay there again.

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

Aram was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in. His home is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen provide everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every corner of the house, including the serene backyard deck, is a true delight—offering privacy, lush greenery, and a thoughtful design that reflects Aram’s keen attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend Aram’s place to any of my friends visiting the area.

An utterly sublime sanctuary for my friends and I to gather from around the country and spend some spa-inspired QT together. The outdoor ambiance and amenities are bar none! This was our second time staying at Tara and Reid's listing while travelling for work. Which speaks volumes of how great their listing and location is, on Potrero Hill! The photos are exactly what it looks like; I'm almost reluctant to shout this out for fear that it'll be booked our next time we visit SF again.

La Sirena was a wonderful rental! The location is unbeatable with great views of the Pacific Ocean and easy access to the restaurants in Stinson. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed! They thought of everything!! Will be back!!

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

Izzy was a great host. She was incredibly responsive to any issues (all small and easily managed) that I had. She was very friendly and made me feel right at home. If I’m ever in the Oakland/SF area I would love to have Izzy as a host again.

I enjoyed my time at Audrey’s place. They are centrally located and the backyard is a beautiful place to work or unwind. Audrey, Jordie, and the pups were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend their place for any guest visiting Oakland.

Jonathan's place was truly like home. We particularly appreciated the full kitchen, well-equipped, which enabled us to cook several meals rather than always eating out (although the neighborhood has many interesting ethnic restaurants). The beds were comfy -- both had reading lights -- and screens in both bedrooms and the living room.

We had a great stay. Was easy to get to all the places we wanted to explore. Anna and Alex had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

We loved our stay here! So centrally located to everything we needed; we could walk to coffee and shops and restaurants easily, and then just a short drive to so many other things, including SF and the beach. The space exceeded our expectations in every way--cozy bedrooms, sweet patio behind the house, lots of games and books and a great kitchen. And getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry made it so simple--no keys to worry about! We'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect apartment for my parents two week stay - the accommodation has everything you need to cook a full meal in the kitchen, very comfortable bed and living room area and has a lovely garden to enjoy the sunshine (beautiful garden furniture!). Very safe and Amy was great host, incredibly friendly and responsive - couldn’t have asked for anything more! Will definitely use the apartment again for future stays in San Francisco!

The views are stunning and the layout is condusive for professional & personal use cases. The unit had fruit, snacks & coffee provided. The linens were clean and we had plenty of towels. I highly recommend this unit and will be staying here again.

The directions were clear and somehow we lucked out with close by parking. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities needed. Everything was nice and clean. The welcoming Ghirardelli chocolates were yummy. The private back courtyard was nice to enjoy a nice glass of wine and the cool weather. It was surprisingly quiet for being right in the heart of everything-made for restful evenings. The location was walking distance to many amazing restaurants (we loved Izzy’s), grocery, and shops. It was a short 10 min drive to the waterfront, shops, sailing excursions, and Ghirardelli Square. We would stay here again for our return trips to San Fran.
