Our sun-filled cottage is located a 10-minute walk from BART and bike paths with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Featuring a separate bedroom (comfy new queen bed), living room (with two couches and a futon bed), bathroom, shower, full kitchen, & a private deck with fragrant jasmine vines and furniture for outside space of your own. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

Ocean Front Beach Cottage with Hot Tub & Fireplace

Small cottage right on the beach. Very close to San Francisco - 20 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Romantic getaway. Perfect for couples or as a quiet retreat for an individual. Wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. Large deck and private hot tub overlooking the ocean. Cozy Studio 10-20 min walk to BART

El Cerrito is a quiet town about 14 miles away from San Francisco. This peaceful studio; it's your private getaway with independent entry, a queen bed, and a nice size TV. The living area has a table for two and a heater to keep you warm. The kitchen offers a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a stove, a teapot, an oven, a blender, a toaster, and utensils. A nice size bathroom that has just been remodeled. Guests can park on the street without any concern for parking restrictions.

Stand-alone cottage in garden setting, parking.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. A new space (adjacent to the guest rooms) to exercise (yoga) was completed Oct. ‘24 and we use this space during daytime hours for that purpose. If you would like to have access please request this and we can let you know if it is possible.

The Villa - Walk to BART

The Villa is a sweet backyard cottage/tiny house in the safe and charming, neighborhood of Richmond Annex, bordering El Cerrito. Our guests say that they love “coming home” to the peace and comfort of The Villa after a day of exploring. Going to San Francisco? We are a 15 minute walk to BART. There are tons of beautiful outdoor activities in this area as well as organic groceries, restaurants and other essentials within easy walking distance. And lots of free parking on our street.

Cute, very quiet, private studio in-law with separate bedroom space, kitchen and private bathroom with shower (no tub). 415 Sq Ft. There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out bed in the sofa (perfect for small kids). Apartment also has a small, private back yard area - great for those with small pets. Views of Golden Gate Bridge and much of the Bay Area visible from just outside your door. Tilden Park is just a few minutes drive from the property.
