This was a beautiful spot for me and my boyfriend. It was very secluded. The place was very clean and I loved the decorations. It was nice how the host has plenty of snacks and other accommodations around the Airbnb in just-in-case scenarios. The host was very kind and always sent us messages about how to check in/out.

We stayed in unit 3 on building 454 and it was beautiful. Everything about it was great, very comfortable, felt like home!! Would like to stay here again when we come back to Branson in the spring and summer!

Joe’s condo was in a great location—just minutes away from all of Branson’s attractions. Stayed a week with my family of five, so the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were a must have. The living room is spacious and the couches were so comfortable. The beds were soft and the bedrooms (and bathrooms) had everything that we needed. The kitchen is small, and there are limited kitchen items for cooking, but overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. Bonus: there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The entire family was happy with our week in Branson and with staying at Joe’s condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything we needed was provided, and it made our trip extra special to be able to feel at home.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Just enough space and amenities for what we needed. Instructions were clear and concise.

We really enjoyed our time. Easy to get to town, but in a quiet area. Enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and the space worked great for our group.

This is a great option for a family or friends. Not too far from all the attractions and easy to find. Its fully equipped kitchen was great for prepping and cooking meals. Definitely a great affordable option if visiting Branson, MO.

Very good condo. My wife raves about the bed, says it was her best sleep in weeks. Pointe Royal is great. Kids loved both of the pools. I love the security of a gated community. I’m disabled and the step free entrance was fantastic. I do wish, however, that there were grab bars by the toilets or at least in the shower. (Nearly fell twice in the shower.) The condo was a good size except for the kitchen. Definitely a one butt kitchen. The decor was pretty dated but I didn’t rent it for the design aesthetic. I also wish it had a Keurig or other pod coffee maker, for convenience sake. (I’m the only coffee drinker) The owner, Carol, was super attentive. She responded to all of my texts within seconds - not minutes, I was super impressed by that. My daughter and I clapped for the golfers as we watched them walk up the fairway from the balcony. It was a nice little bonding experience. I also wish there was a disability parking spot for our building, the nearest one was over 300 ft away

We absolutely loved staying here and it’s an must for us when we return again! Gorgeous private community on the golf course. The amenities were right within walking distance. The condo was stunning with everything we needed and more! Our host was super friendly, proactive about anything we needed or any potential issues that could arise. It was such a wonderful stay and will book with them again!

We made a last-minute decision to spend a few days in Branson and were delighted to find this place available! We ultimately chose it because the fireplace gave the cozy vibes we were looking for and the view was beautiful. The three minute drive to and from Silver Dollar city was the icing on the cake! The hosts were great and provided essential cooking supplies (oil and spices) as well as coffee which was a nice touch. We stayed with our 4 kids (ages 9-1) and it was very kid friendly! There was nothing breakable within reach of the kids and there was a small bin of toys for them to play with. The deck was beautiful and spacious. Overall we would definitely recommend this place!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The view of golfing was very peaceful and it was very quiet. The condo was pristine. Would recommend to anyone

My husband and I had so much fun at this place! The view was great, the host was friendly, and we felt right at home! We highly recommend. We will definitely be back for our next Branson visit!

Absolutely no complaints from us! We had an issue with our shower that was fixed almost instantly. Not to mention their help getting us on the beautiful golf course! We will absolutely be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful. The decor along with the coziness of the fireplace was spot on! The coffee bar and the Jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The location of the apartment was great. Away from the noise and busy streets. It felt like home away from home! We will definitely make a return trip soon. It a five- star review for us! The condo is great! Decorated so cute and even had a skinny Christmas tree and other Christmas decor. We loved the condo and hope to come back during the summer and stay! Super close to silver dollar city! Only suggestion to make the space even better would be to maybe consider blackout curtains for the front bedroom. When cars pull into the parking lot the light shines through the blinds and curtains and lights up the entire room. Not ideal for young kids that need the room to be dark to sleep!

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! Updated, clean, and very nice! The sunroom was our happy place where we chilled, just watching the beautiful river and doing a puzzle on the table. The coffee bar was a plus! Also the guys loved being able to walk right out the door onto the marina to fish! The activity pass came in handy so they didn't have to pay to use the marina. Host was very responsive when I had a question. This trip was only my husband and I with another couple, but we will definitely take advantage with the whole family another time since it sleeps 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything was perfect! Close to all of the Branson fun! The condo had everything you might need. Host was super helpful and responsive. It was a perfect extra long family weekend getaway! Hope to return in the future. Highly recommend 😁

The "Fish House" was great! Everything was exactly as described. Clean, nice big wrap around sofa, washer/dryer, and a great view of the lake. There were even snacks left for us as a welcome. We had no complaints about the stay. I would absolutely stay again when we come back to the area. One item to note, not a negative, just an FYI. If you come in after dark, it can be difficult to navigate the complex and figure out exactly where you need to go. Most of the roads around the buildings are one-way and go counter-clockwise around the area. It just took a little time to figure out, so keep that in mind on arrival. I submitted an edit to the address on Google Maps to help the next person that searches it, so the address location is now correct on the map.

The place was in a good location. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood outside of town, but it was conveniently located only about 5 minutes from the landing. Entry to the unit was very quick and easy. The unit was adequately supplied with the items we needed, decor was nice and everything was clean. Heather did supply extra toiletries which was nice. Check out was easy. We would definitely recommend to others! Thank you again for the stay!
