We particularly appreciated the welcome to our faithful companion with the small water bowl and the carpet that was waiting for us. This is a fantastic holiday location and we recommend it most highly. Thomas is an excellent host - he is very responsive and extremely helpful in answering all questions really quickly. Check in was easy and it was great that Thomas was there to meet us and give a tour of the house with everything explained. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Rooms are big, well furnished and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the welcome gift of local beer! The setting is perfect with a beautiful pool, lovely gardens and a bbq area - perfect for a relaxing holiday. We intend to return next year if possible! Thank you Thomas.

Nice, spacious and very properly equipped house. The heated pool is a very nice asset, so is the exteriors. Location:++, a short walk to the ria, and very nice corners for walks. Nina is a responsive host who responded promptly to any questions we had. Slight downside on the number of bath/shower rooms, there is really only one ( even if there is a room with a shower without a sink on the ground floor) , this can make the organization uncomfortable for a group of 15 people . We are satisfied with our stay at Nina's house.

Hello, very welcoming Groom Xavier and was able to advise us on surrounding visits. Also very responsive and accommodating. Excellent weekend in this spacious house and well suited to 1 large family. There is nothing missing to have a good stay. The bedding is comfortable and we enjoyed having 3 bathrooms available. We would recommend this listing.

Excellent stay at Johan. The place is very peaceful, despite the proximity to a campsite. From the kitchen window, soothing view of ducklings, chickens, and turkeys. Johan's parents live next door. They are welcoming and very discreet. Thanks to Johan's dad for the delicious organic tomatoes and his help in repairing the car! Newly renovated, pleasant and very well decorated house. The little extras: bed made, oil, salt, pepper ... available. Many places to visit nearby. Johan has always responded to our requests. Thank you to him for accepting our doggies who loved having fun in the garden and walking around. I would recommend this place.

Well located accommodation: 2 minutes from the white sands beach, and the Gr34 - on the Gr34 there is a pretty beach but you have to walk 25 minutes - also you are only 15 minutes from the enclosed town, the city center, the sea museum, the Marinarium, the port, the market and many restaurants! Clean, peaceful apartment with a nice little terrace. Concarneau is a nice quiet and less touristy town than Beg Meil!

I stayed for one week at Jean Louis's house. Quite comfortable if you don't mind old-fashioned furniture and design (all those antique decorations can actually be considered an advantage). I stayed there in the beginning of March and the weather was pretty cold, windy and rainy. The temperature in the house was about 17 degrees which can be a bit chilly, but with the fireplace running, it is perfectly comfortable. The fireplace is definitely the feature of the house, stylish, convenient, and practical.

The house is new, perfect, well equipped, ideally located 10 minutes from the port and the village A little too technological for me, but probably the level of technologist expected by the majority of customers. Improvement track: a salad dryer!
