It is located in the heart of a beautiful village, 10 min away from Spreewald and the city of Lubbenau. There is forest, bike paths, lakes - all minutes away. The house has 1 bedroom & living room/ 1 bathroom / fully equipped kitchen. It has a large terrace with a wonderful view of the big beautiful garden. Garden and grilling area have shared access.

The accommodation is superbly connected to the highway and the train. It is a perfect starting point for things to do around the capital, but enjoy the tranquility and the green of country life. Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of the trend architect Jürgen Krüger! 130sqm can accommodate up to 10 people on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV-Sat. We hope that we have found a cozy and warm interior style with the conversions and that for young and old what is included!

House 9 by the river, National Park Warta estuary

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It is located on a big yard where we also live. This particular home has its own style. The house is an open gallery home. There is no enclosed spaces except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace captures the sun rays from spring to autumn and is gladly used.
