We were very welcome, the house was according to the photos published, the next beach, the utensils according to the photos. Only point where we had problems was with the internet, it oscillated a lot, at certain times it did not connect on mobile phones.

Myself and my family had an amazing experience in this place. The house is very clean, large and equipped. The outdoor area is beautiful and very cozy. It is even better than in the pictures. Vanessa is a very welcoming person and welcomed us very well, making our lodging even better. Village have left us a mimo that we love. We intend to come back more often.

Carolina was very kind from the first moment! The house was great. Swimming pool with kiosk and barbecue as well as photos. The house has one more barbecue. Large living room and kitchen on the first floor, along with bathroom and a bedroom. On the second floor, bedroom with two double beds. Carol left linen and towels. Everything clean and organized. Quiet place, with lots of surrounding trees and privacy. The house is a few minutes from downtown Tubarão, about 10 minutes by car. I went with my family and felt at home from start to finish. We look forward to returning soon!

Great hosting. Luan is a compromised host. The house was spotless, all very clean and organized. Dishes, household items, bed and bath linens, all available and in great condition is preserved. It was a wonderful stay, we felt at home. Not to mention the affectionate gesture with which we were received: a welcome sign and some treats on the table. The pool is very clean for the entire stay. All very perfect. We would definitely return to Luan's house. Gratitude for everything!

The place is amazing and we were very welcome. We had the opportunity to swim in the lagoon (great option for those who swim in open water), kayak and sup. There is a lot of contact with nature, we were fortunate to see an otter. Because it is on the edge of the lagoon, the presence of insects and frogs is normal (I suggest to carry repellent). The house and pool were extremely clean, the patio with the grass cut and filled with flowery bush. All excellent!

The house is impeccable more perfect than in the photos, I came from Chile to look at a property in the city and I chose the house for being complete and having what I needed in the accommodations, which surprised me more personally, I didn't think it would be better than I thought, I had everything we needed, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms the house is large and very modern, the decoration is charming. We have known the beach for years, and we always recommend it for everyone. The house was the first time we rented and we were very pleased. Just like in the ad, it has bedding, pillows, chairs, even the things to make chimarrão (because ours the gnt forgot). We had a problem with the internet on arrival, but immediately Dienifer has already contacted the staff, the same day they went there and solved it. The answers have always been very quick, Dienifer is very attentive and dear. We will definitely return because we feel at home. The house is huge, it has all the utensils you need, comfortable sofa, tbm beds, wonderful patio to sit and feel the breeze. The market on the corner. If you leave I stay here talking and talking because we love our stay.

I am happy to share that my family's stay was excellent! Arroio do Silva Prefecture positively did not know the Balneário. Communication with the host to the amenities provided, everything went beyond our expectations. One of the best Airbnb in which I have ever stayed. Rent a foot house in the sand, with pool and barbecue with space for basically the whole family. And the best holiday that could have been and I'm grateful to have spent it there. In front of the house there is volleyball court. A few minutes walk away is the centrinho with basically everything you need like pharmacies, bars , ice cream shops etc. The house is super complete, even in the part of going to the beach there are rackets, balls , chairs, sun umbrellas and longboard . Basically there was nothing missing, the only thing I missed was staying more days and enjoying the beach more. Congratulations to the owners, it has a great property. I was very good, communicative and supportive in helping me every moment I needed. I hope to be able to come back one day.

Amazing place. Joshua was very attentive, introducing us to the accommodation and surroundings. It also indicated attractions of the city, in addition to the beach, which is very close to the house. Because of this proximity to the sea, the location is very good and has access to local markets, for quick shopping. The house structure is great, we can settle in comfort.
