Super Host. The host provided exceptional and highly helpful service. Following an island-wide power outage on December 31, 2024, resulting from the blackout and Xavier, the host swiftly relocated equipment and installed a commercial-grade, silent generator within hours. This rapid response was truly impressive. The house was exceptionally clean and peaceful, situated in a very quiet area. We plan to return soon.

Loved staying at Edwin’s place! Close to local bakeries and fruit stands which we went to everyday. Felt right at home, can’t wait to return!

My vacation home at Delmar place was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of it is exactly as described in the pictures. The hose was always there when you needed her. Very helpful . The pool was extremely great we enjoyed cooking on the outside barbecuing while listening to music playing dominoes and the kids enjoyed the pool table. Will definitely come back next year.

Good location , house was clean and smelled amazing , it was soo beautiful my kids had an amazing time also my little one was able to play witht the toys , fast response from host as well will definitely be booking with them again

Juan was an incredible host. We LOVED the house and his hospitality. He went above and beyond and helped us out so our stay was perfect. Rooms are a good size. Very clean. Bathrooms also very clean. Air conditioning through out. Good to know it has an outdoor kitchen. Very functional and had most cooking utensils, just want other visitors to know it is outside. We would absolutely come again to the house. It was so nice, we did our best to leave it in fantastic condition!!

Our stay was beautiful! The place is perfect size for our family. Everything was clean, stocked and well prepared for us. Alfredo was great explaining directions, giving us instructions for check in and check out. He is very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We came to stay near by our family and it was perfect! Everything we needed was less than 10 mins away from us. I am very familiar with the neighborhood as I grew up there and this was absolutely perfect for us! We cannot wait to come back next time we visit our family! Thank you so much Alfredo!

We have stayed here for a few years now, and we return to this house because of the great customer service and local recommendations from the host. We come every year as part of a service trip to help the local community rebuild, and we appreciate the support, help and recommendations year after year from this host! We hope to be back!

Ideal for two families with kids. The third bedroom has two sets of queen size bunk beds. 5 minute walk to Politas beach area, which has an affordable bakery/cafe/minimart. 20 minute walk to big supermarket. Pool and area around it are really nice. Well maintained, shade and sun, spacious. Slippery tiles, so no running! Pool is about 4 feet deep throughout; no shallow end. Jacuzzi part is shallow with benches built in; just bubbles, no heat. Drug store 100 yards away is handy for bug spray, sun screen etc. Baseball field across street has light at night which makes area well lit. Kids can play on field. Recommend: sunset happy hour at Ladi’s; rent kayaks from Jose at Fish pier by volleyball court (next to Ladi’s) and go to little island right off of Politas beach; get a Cuban sandwich from the bakery by Politas; swim at night in the pool with colored light. Be aware: mosquitos come out in evening/morning; roosters start at 0400; house is a little rustic, but charming.
