Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rio Rancho

The house was absolutely amazing! Super clean and amazing to stay in! I appreciate the same day response and able to book me hours before! Really appreciate them for letting me stay in their beautiful home!

This place was PERFECT and made me discover my new favorite part of ABQ. There was so much to do in the area and so many cool places to check out- and within walking distance! I stayed with my two dogs and we LOVED walking all the trails and exploring down by the river. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, peaceful and authentic New Mexican experience. The home was beautiful and felt safe, cozy and clean!

Love Joe and Melanie they come by and check on you if you’re staying for a while. They stop by and water and mow the lawn weekly and we’re real nice

The cabin was very well stocked, the check-in process was very easy and the host provided very useful info via email. We loved how peacefully quiet the property is, yet, how easy of a drive it is into town. We forgot an item, reached out to the host and received a reply promptly with easy retrieval.

My family of seven had a great stay at Roberto's place. He was friendly and attentive to any questions we had. Roberto recommended activities for us to do in Albuquerque that I appreciated very much. The suite was spacious and had all the basics we needed for our two night stay. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe the whole time we were there. It was overall a pleasant experience.

This place was utterly perfect. It was clean, well-stocked, well-lit, and in a quiet, safe location. The host was communicative and super accommodating. When we come back to Albuquerque, we will be sure to come back to this casita.

We will never forget sunset walks from Old Town, to the casita. They are mere blocks apart. The casita is one of the best AitBnbs we have ever stayed in. Its floors are brick, its patio its walled patio is very fine, and it has a supreme Keurig coffee machine. The apartment is stocked with many organic products. Books in bookshelves and a terrific stack of New Mexico magazines. Artwork on the walls. We were happy here and have memories of Old Town and the wondrous nearby Museum of Albuquerque (free admission, Sunday mornings). Don't miss the museum, truly beautiful, or The Blackbird coffee shop, one of a kind, overlooking a courtyard with a fountain made from an old well, in Old Town.

Honestly was a wonderful experience for myself, Cindy was on the ball when I had questions and was an excellent host! Will definitely be coming back! Also the place was very homey and cute!:)

Ron’s casita was cozy and felt right at home. All the amenities and basically a 1 bedroom apartment attached to the home. Full kitchen, dining area nice size TV with Roku, separate bedroom, nice hot water for a shower. Added bonus is the private laundry room with ironing board, if needed. I did utilize the washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet Rio Rancho neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. They also accommodated an early check-in which worked great for me. Met Ron and he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Steven and his team were very responsive when we couldn't determine how to use the TV remote (different carrier than familiar with). We stayed 3 weeks while renovating a house locally. Although there were only 2 humans and 2 pets, the 3 BR hacienda was spacious, serene, and a great place to decompress after a long day. The desk in the 2nd bedroom was a great asset to work at for the extended time we were there. In the mornings, I loved sitting in the front yard and enjoying coffee while the pups frolicked in the fallen leaves.

Lacy and her team were welcoming, and responsive! All of which translated to the space for me. I could easily enjoy my privacy of the place, and venture out to more social spaces when I decided to do so. The park and zoo being a block away was an excellent perk for my dog and I! Speaking of, I deeply appreciated that Lacy had a practical and truly pet friendly allowance for what it means traveling with your pet. Specifically, spelling out that if your animal is going to be on the furniture, then provide your own covering to prevent any hair from staying behind in the linens etc... This was a huge factor in my decision to book...she is realistic about what it means to travel with our fur family members--a BIG thank you for that Lacy! Also the place was equipped with the basics, and very clean and tidy! I would definitely stay again😎👍🏽!

Such a cute place to stay and relax after a long roadtrip! Our family really enjoyed staying here and we will definitely book again if we are in the area again! Nice large bed and cute little backyard for our dogs to be able to stretch their legs as well.

Just fantastic! I love this spot and will 100% always stay here. Bryan and family are so generous to share their property and space. Comfortable, clean, peaceful and great WIFI connection. I felt right at home.

The place is Beautiful! Virginia was warm and friendly. I Highly recommend checking in during Daylight! Her road is unlit and next to a very deep arroyo! The place has a wonderful vibe and very relaxing. Everything has been thought of inside.

Awesome place for our family girls trip! We had so much laughter…perfect for our group from age 23 all the way to 78. Art was a great host. The house was super clean and the backyard is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

We were in town to visit family and it was a perfect location. As others have mentioned it is a very peaceful and private casita. Walking trails are adjacent to the property and other sites are a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We would return for Dejuan our proactive host, his convenient location, on sight parking, quiet, clean, private place with complete amenities, and a lovely water feature for a great price.
