Family-friendly holiday rentals in Río San Juan

We had a lovely stay at Okaina. The apartment was clean and as described. Procab is a safe neighborhood with short walking distance to the beach/ Center of Cabarete. Marie was the best host we have had using Airbnb. She was very responsive, easy to communicate with and made as feel very welcome. The owners of this property are fortunate to have Marie look after things.

Fantastic place to stay. The space was perfect for our family of five. Though we spent most of the time on the beach, we enjoyed lazy mornings on the balcony and family movie nights in living room. Tamara was very quick to respond and arranged our taxis to and from airport.

Raquel is an amazing host and her communication from booking to check out was top notch. Very flexible and helped with anything we asked for. Apartment is perfect location to beach and restaurants. Always felt safe with the 24/7 security staff. Would definitely stay here when visiting cabarete

The apartment its better than the photos. Is a very spacious, comfortable and lovely apartment. It's clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked. The apartment it a ground floor so its very kid friendly, it looks out to the ocean from the porch. The complex is safe and well maintained. Check-in and check out was easy. The grocery store is likewise about a 5 minute drive. We'll be back soon.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely clean and in a great location near everything we needed. We spent New Year’s Eve and loved every moment. Our host was available and had great communication. Thank you for hosting us.

I had a wonderful stay here and will be staying again in the future. Jonathan was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions, I liked his communication to check if everything was going well and whenever I needed something he responded in perfect timing. The apartment was pristine and private and had some of the best views over the ocean. It was a spacious apartment and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. I couldn't have wished for more, it was beyond my expectations.

What a gem! I traveled to the DR with my toddler and dog and we felt right at home in Michelle’s place. We were able to completely immerse ourselves in Dominican culture. We walked the neighborhood daily and made friends with locals. We were able to visit the local shops and have evening meals on the balcony. Communication with Birkan was easy and he was attentive to our concerns. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Received in Nathalie's "Ranch". The Host helps me a lot (water, cooking, language exchange (Dominican and French), rental items and concierge services). The Room is very suitable and the outdoor patio/garden is a charm. Your family takes good care of this place. Share a part of their paradise, stay under the wing of comfort. Very welcoming. Helpful. Good Rooms. The Ranch is terrific. Part of their paradise shared with People in a good way.

When you read that the pictures don't do this house justice, it's true. Very easy to get to with the location that Scarlett sends, the house is spacious and has everything you need. The location is restful with a breathtaking view. I will definitely visit again.

Nestled in a secluded cove, host was extremely attentive and very prompt in response. Very cozy and super spacious, enough to accommodate many. Wonderful pool, surrounded by nature, and wonderful for stargazing and relaxing. Very nice modern design.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The unit was comfortable with a nice big couch, dining area inside and on the patio, and kitchen and bath newly renovated. The location was perfect, steps away from the beach and pool, the unit being on the first floor. Very short walk to town and the grocery store. Great restaurant at the resort and others very nearby. We liked the quiet and the smaller scale of the resort, and the very friendly staff. Plenty of comfortable places to sit in the sun or shade, lovely view of the beach and kite surfers. The swimming is good both in the pool and ocean. And WiFi worked well both inside and by the pool. We would return here again.

Per-fect holidays! The house is amazing, really beautiful, we felt at home immediately. The location is great, the beach, restaurants, shops are just 10 mn away (walking) and the neighborhood is both quiet and safe. Being woken by singing birds (as we chose to sleep with your windows open) was just an unforgettable experience! Riin loves to share tips about the best places to do any thing and the communication with her and her cousin was both fast, friendly and thorough. Thank you Riin!!!

we were 3 adults staying for 2 nights. The apartment was large and well maintained. Million dollar views. Staff were wonderful. Will definitely go here again.

My stay in this wonderful apartment was incredible!!! First time I see such a well functional and equipped apartment! Everything was there! The swimming pool is realllllllly welcome!!! The access to the beach is super close and easy, and the little walk on the beach to go to the restaurant area is pleasant and short! The beds are super comfortable. In short, everything to have a great vacation! Thanks

The house was everything that we hoped for. Mark and his team were excellent hosts. They made travel and activities arrangements for us. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Cabarete. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again. 5 Stars all the way around….

We loved our stay. The villa is within a 2-minute walk from the beach and is in a great condition. Erika who manages the place was super responsive and helped us with restaurant bookings, taxi, etc. There's a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, but the selection is not that great. But we mostly ate out so it wasn't a big deal. There are many restaurants either within a walking distance or a quick taxi ride.
