Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rio Verde

Great location, hoat was so excellent. We made a great family trip at this home, well maintained and suppliers are in good. Host also cheking everything ahead of time. Thanks again for being host to make our trip with good memories.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to oldtown Scottsdale, grocery stores, and restaurants. Was with our family of four two adults and two adult kids, looking to catch up and relax, elderly folks nearby. Home was cozy with all amenities enjoyed the backyard with pool, hottub, elevated balcony with view of Camelback Mountain. Spatious interior with master, nice stocked kitchen etc. Enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood. Definitely felt at home and would love to visit again!

absolutely wonderful home for a nice weekend getaway!! came down with friends and enjoyed the Nascar race. home was very clean, beautiful and peaceful location with a quiet neighborhood. the home has plenty to offer for all ages to enjoy! very homy feeling and relaxing. Host was very pleasant and nice. very quick to reply with any questions and informative and helpful!! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice getaway from the busy life. The house was perfect for our needs. The back yard was beautiful and was the focus of most of our daytime activities. Situated in a quiet section of an otherwise busy city, with a scenic backdrop of South Mountain directly behind the house made it seem like we were anywhere but the city. We loved the accessible hiking and walking trails and ample conveniences nearby. I don’t think there was anything we went without because the house was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a little cold for a swim on cooler days, but was refreshing on the warmer days. A propane tank used to heat the hot tub ran out, but Dan let us know how to properly change the feed from another tank. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free vacation. I do recommend having your own vehicle for getting around, as the Phoenix area covers a lot of square miles

This place was very nice and very comfortable. Lot's of little thoughtful extras were there when we arrived....Water in the refrigerator, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo's, and even enough hangers in the closet. He stayed in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for 12 days and it was great for our stay.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

Perfect spot to stay while in town for spring training baseball. We enjoyed morning coffee (so grateful for the half & half in the frig!) in the backyard morning sun. Great kitchen & plenty of comfortable spots to relax in the house.

Victoria was amazing to work with! we enjoyed our stay and the beds were so cozy. Not a lot of seating in the living room, but we spent most of our time in the pool so wasn't an issue!

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

Charles was very helpful and had great recommendations. Had a good time walking around the area with our doggo!

Other than spotty internet, the place was great and close to everything we wanted to do.

The place was great! Lots of space and rooms in the home for our family of 5. The backyard was very spacious and relaxing. The outdoor cooking area was fantastic. Bradley was very responsive and answered all questions etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacay in Phoenix! Thank you Bradley!

Can’t say enough about our stay at this house. Nicely furnished. Swimming pool and backyard was wonderful. Private and quiet neighborhood. Had one little problem and Brian took care of it as fast as possible. Would stay again.

The place was better than expected we had more than enough room for us 6 adults. The house was in perfect condition and the location was great. It was furnished with more than what we needed for our stay. The pictures and description do not due this home justice it really did exceed our expectations and would recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a large place. Tony, who was our host was incredibly timely we never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any response. It made the stay much more enjoyable

Amazing... This property is such a great find. We are a bigger family, 8 of us total, and this home was wonderful, our kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Plus it is locally centered with a Walmart Supercenter less than a mile away. Which made it easy to do shopping and feeding the whole family without breaking the bank. I absolutely fell in love with this place if it was available to buy, I would've lol... The absolute perfect vacation spot for a family. Thank you for having us. Next time we head to Phoenix for another Baseball Tournament we will definitely be hitting Janet up. Your the best Janet!!! Thanks again for having us and providing a beautiful place for us create everlasting memories with our family.

We totally enjoyed the home and location. Pool was great the Bar area and outdoor TV came in handy during NCAA Tournament. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the sunsets!
