Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is not very fancy, nor ultra modern, but it is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
