Sarah was a great host! She was very responsive and the house was immaculate upon arrival. The house was very well located to make the most of the amazing surroundings. If anything was needed it was easy to get in touch with Sarah if we had any questions.

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

We came up to Inverness for a long weekend and this place was brilliant for us! The location is great, very quiet and felt very safe. We arrived late at night, but check in was very easy and the house was nice and warm and cozy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and some little local goodies which were much appreciated. Nicola has a lot of useful information in the welcome book and we tried some of the recommendations which turned out great! City center is only a short drive away, so going out in the evening wasn't a problem. 100% would recomend and would stay again! :)

The house was fantastic and so homely. We enjoyed the log burner, and even managed to sit outside on the lovely decking area. The secure outside area was great for our dog who quickly settled in. The house is in a great location and in easy walking distance to everything you need. The house is furnished to a high standard and was immaculate. We would definitely return the next time we visit Aviemore.

An amazing stay, the photos don't do it justice - it's much bigger in real life and the views of the mountains are incredible. We found lots of adventures nearby and will be back!

The stay was very comfortable with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the privacy and warmth of the place , we enjoyed every moment . Apart from the stay one thing we found confused was to spot the green waste bin.The trash bin was quite far from the accommodation. We think keeping the bin near to the house rather than at the end of the road will be helpful. We appreciate your efforts for arranging such a wonderful place . Thank you

Gillian’s home is as beautiful. We went on a family get away with kids and the house was the the ideal place, with plenty of space and a large garden (and the perfect house for hide and seek)! The house was clean and just as described .

A perfect house in a perfect location for a special family celebration! Ten of us, four adults and 6 children ranging from aged 8-16, have just had a wonderful weekend at Zippity-do-da. The house had everything we needed. Plenty room for us in a well equipped and cosy house. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too! The hot tub, open area for walking/playing at the back of the house & the cinema room were all big hits. Thanks so much George & Gillian 🙂

Jill's place was exactly like the photos, cozy and quiet. The place was spotless and very well decorated. It had everything I needed. I had a fantastic stay over 5 days! Truly a home away from home 😊

This apartment was homely, exceptionally clean and super comfortable, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was lovely to come home to after a day out exploring this beautiful part of the world. The apartment is an easy 15 minutes walk to town with spectacular views. Always warm and had everything we could possibly need for cooking & eating in. Maria was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return and recommend it to all of our friends. Big thanks again.

Our family of 3 loved staying here! We only stayed 2 nights and our only regret was not staying longer. The location was amazing...walkable to everything we wanted to do. The apartment had a nice layout with a nice living room to hang out after a long day of seeing the sights. The only thing I can say negatively about this airbnb is that the floors are loud when walking around. I felt like I was waking everyone up when I'd go to the bathroom at night but this may speak more negatively about my weak bladder? I also was feeling bad if the neighbors could hear us walking around...but we never heard anything from neighbors so I think it is just a well-built older building with a lot of good character. We would hope to stay here again if we have the fortune of returning to Inverness.

Clear instructions for check in and check out. The flat was very clean and comfortable with ample storage space for longer stays. Host was excellent in have no hesitation staying again or recommending to others. Location fantastic for the beach

Had a lovely overnight stay! Flat was cozy, smelt lovely, was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Lovely touches such as breakfast items, a basket of goodies, tea and coffee etc just added to the experience. Would recommend! Thank you so much 😊

Would stay! Walkable to everywhere and Greta stay and was very good at communicating! Very clean place.

We loved this place! It was so cozy, had beautiful views and close to everything. We especially loved the living room and spent both evenings snuggled up watching movies. The shower is a little hard to figure out so we ended up just taking baths but all in all, it was lovely!

This is a warm, cosy, comfortable hideaway in a quiet street, not far from the attractions of Aviemore and the surrounding area. A very comfortable bed and clean, spacious kitchen were a pleasure to return to after long days out exploring. Fraser was very responsive and provides all the information needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. A nice view of the mountains from the window and perfectly dark skies to see the Northern Lights from the carpark at the back of the building were nice bonuses. We'd love to visit Aviemore again and would definitely stay here if available- the perfect weekend break, not far from but so very different to home.

Lyn's place was the perfect getaway for myself and my girlfriend to explore Western Scotland. This was a cosy ground floor apartment that's in a quiet area, immaculate upon entry, contained all listed items and features, and myself and my girlfriend felt comfortable and right at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen contained everything we needed to self-cater and there were treats left for us such as shortbreads, caramel bars and jams as an added bonus. The apartment is located next to a beautiful loch and located right near the stunning Ben Nevis and Fort William, with plenty of picturesque locations nearby and guides provided for local walks. Lyn was an excellent host and welcomed us, was friendly, gave us privacy and was responsive with communication. We had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Norma's flat was in pristine condition! Gorgeous views of the Loch in front and even a tiny waterfall in the back. Milk, jams, cereal, coffees and teas were provided along with all kitchenware essentials, making cooking for yourself extremely easy. Norma also contributes to helping guests limit their carbon footprints with essentials provided in refillable or recyclable containers, which is greatly appreciated by us environmentally conscious guests!

Myself and a friend stayed for 4 weeks while on placement. Charles was a great host, very responsive. The apartment itself was amazing, even better than the photos. The location is fantastic. Definitely worth it and would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Having been there a few times before, we really love the apartment, but i fine the £80 fee for cleaning a studio flat is really over the top
