The host is amazing. They allowed us to do earlier check-in and a bit late checkout Stay was perfect. Neighborhood was great. House itself was perfectly clean and ideal to host 6 adults. Bed linen and washrooms were clean and sanitized. It was quiet and far from roads and traffic jams. Host also provided equipment for BBQ Overall, I recommend this place for a group of adults.

Great location, very fast internet, easy to eat

I had a wonderful stay at Gvantsa’s house! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, warm, and cozy. I truly felt like home. The location couldn’t be better; everything you need is just a few steps away. Gvantsa, was very kind and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for everyone and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future! ❤️

She was very friendly and a very nice person. She responded me really quickly through text so the check-in was really smooth. The room was really neat and clean and there were many amenities including bathrobe, towels, bottle opener, and more. Overall, this was a really good place and I can fully recommend this place.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Also during our second stay in this apartment everything was great. We were able to park right in front of the house for free, had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable again. Cotne is a superb host. It is an unbeatable offer in Tbilisi. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. The surrounding area is very beautiful, an excellent neighborhood. The house is surrounded by greenery and a lot of services - from cafes to hairdressers. There is a 24-hour grosery within 2 minutes by foot. Walking distance to the metro (6 minutes)- but you need to find the right path since the area is surrounded by a fence and there is a construction site nearby. The building has 2 entrances (on both sides), but the intercom is only on one side. We had only one key for apartment, this needs to be kept in mind. Housing is worth the money. The apartment is in a nice part of the city, with plenty of markets and easily accessible shops around. The neighbors are friendly, and the host was very attentive and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, and the lock and key process was very easy—especially thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. Considering it was winter, adjusting the water temperature and heating was very simple, which I think is a big plus. It’s also very close to a tourist area and a 'Fabrika'—you can even see a corner of the building from the balcony! კარგი დღე!

There were problems regarding water supply, but it was only because of a pipe failure in this region. We would definitely stay longer if not that problem. Apartment was very bright, comfortable and clean. Also good for families with kids. I hope we will come back ☺️

Great apartment. Stayed there for a month, and had no any issues the whole time. It's close to the street, yet silent. When arrived found some welcome chocolates,. If you need something, Lasha is just a message away. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay in overall. Recommended.

Nice spacious apartment which got everything you need

This apartment is fantastic! Located in the charming old town, it offers a unique and atmospheric experience. The incredibly high ceilings add so much character. With three spacious bedrooms featuring comfortable beds and three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub), it’s perfect for a group of 5–6 people. The kitchen has everything we need. The location is unbeatable – popular attractions and entertainment are all within walking distance, making it super convenient. Our overall experience was exceptional – nearly 100% satisfaction! The host was quick to respond to our questions, and all our requests were accommodated promptly and kindly. All in all, a great place in a great city! Highly recommend!

Nina was absolutely reachable to help and provide everything we needed including special requests. The flat is a bit old but thats was expected Tbilisi city center atmosphere. The flat had everything we needed while staying with a baby. Maybe some more detailed cleaning would’t hurt in the apartment though.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great view from the window, quiet and calm. There are different shops nearby, but in general the place is remote enough for privacy

The location of the house and the house were really great. Many places you might consider going to were within walking distance. Mariam was extremely helpful throughout the process. We were very happy with their referrals and quick responses, especially when they were very friendly. Only if your luggage is heavy, the stairs can make you a little tired. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay for us. If we were to come again, we would consider it again.
