Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverpoint

The river house is amazing! The location right on the river was private and peaceful, and all the amenities made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have been happier!

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

The House was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The location was amaazing, close access into town for food, entertainment and amazing coffee! The host's was very fast and patient with our messages and that was great.

It’s very spacious for our group to stay. Lots of room to hangout both inside and outside of the house. The location is very convenient for us to go to Tacoma Dome for a concert. Will book again next time!

Exactly as described and in photos, affordable place to stay about 20 min from Tacoma and 30-60 min from airport. Convenient/close by services and major freeways. Quiet neighborhood. Updated place that balances simple but cozy well.

Toru was an amazing host. The location is in a great, quiet and safe neighbourhood in West Seattle and only a few minutes drive from Downtown. It was our first time staying in the area and Toru made some great recommendations on where to do some local shopping and dining. The house was as advertised and everything was super clean. Toru was very responsive to questions and requests. I'd highly recommend this to anyone staying in Seattle.

This is a wonderful property and the host is very nice! Perched on a beautiful lake, it has a large living area with the best lake view, an amazing kitchen and large bedrooms/bathrooms. We went in the early spring so the lake was cold, but we enjoyed the hot tub a lot. I’m sure the lake would be a lot of fun in warmer weather. The host has a hen keep and small bee farm too. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely a must visit in the Seattle area. It’s about 30 mins from the airport, and 45 from downtown. Micheal and Jason are prompt to respond and very nice. An amazing place to unwind, and enjoy the lake!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Shadow Lake, Washington, was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning, right in front of a beautiful lake, offering breathtaking sunsets that made our evenings magical. It was the perfect getaway from noise and city life, giving us the peace and relaxation we were looking for. The place itself was huge for just the two of us, with plenty of space to unwind. It had everything we needed a fully equipped kitchen, cozy atmosphere, great TV, and even board games for extra entertainment. Every little detail was well thought out, making it feel like a home away from home. It has space to work remotely so it was a plus If you're looking for a serene retreat with all the comforts you could ask for, this is the place to be. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

We needed Katya’s place on very short Notice because of a family emergency. She responded immediately and ensured the place was ready, welcoming and comfortable for us. Everything went smoothly. The bed and fold out were both very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the neighborhood beautiful. This place was just what we needed during a very difficult time.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Check in was easy and they let us check in early since we had a early flight. The space itself was charming and well stocked in a quiet area that felt very safe. Great location walkable to many restaurants and cafes too. Big comfy bed, plenty of seating space, and even a full kitchen. I would book again in a heartbeat.

A clean, compact, stylish place. The location is wonderful -- a pleasant, very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, and a short drive to lots of places of interest. The house is small but has everything one needs. The kitchen is quite nice, there's a good collection of art books, and there's even a place to park. The only (very minor) flaw is the lack of a dining table, aside from a 2-person counter, but that's understandable given the space constraints. My family (4) had an excellent stay.

Had a wonderful stay here while visiting Seattle. The easy access to the beach and surrounding areas made traversing the area feel comfortable and safe. The unit is so comfortable and is packed with amenities for ease-of-use. 10/10 would recommend!

We rented Mike's place for the Thanksgiving weekend. My husband became ill and was hospitalize so we were not able to go. Mike had graciously given us a tour of the home the Spring before so I knew it would be perfect for my family. And it was, everyone had a great time cooking, playing games, swimming, and playing on the "Big Toy". We would definitely book this home again.

Very happy with property felt like one could dip toes in Puget Sound from property-as close as it gets. Kitchen was the best stocked for dishes/utensils, cooking/baking. Two ovens and two microwaves. plenty of basic cooking staples and spices. Spacious rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved the main living room--first bnb we've stayed at that had enough seating for the number of guests staying.

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in. The house was even more beautiful than the photos. The view of the mountains was even better in person than in the photos. We were so pleasantly surprised! The open design of the house was so conducive to all hanging out together cooking and talking. And the furniture in the house and bathrooms was so beautiful and unique. The house was spotless and had so many little extras that we appreciated like great appliances, amenities, and supplies in the kitchen. They had plenty of soap in all the bathrooms, trash bags, dishwashing pods, and laundry pods. These small touches made this feel like home (better than home) for the weekend. There are lots of cozy blankets everywhere. Also, they had plenty of firewood and even fire starters for the inside fireplace and the outside fire pit. We didn’t need for anything! The basement space was so much fun too! And the hot tub was pristine. We appreciated the detailed instructions we were given. ❤️

The House of Hygge was just what we were looking for as a family with small children wanting to spend the weekend with two other families with littles in the beautiful setting that is Suncadia. Beautiful home with plenty of space for each family set up shop while boasting an incredible kitchen that opens into the dinning and living areas. It might also be one of the best stocked vacation homes we have ever stayed at when it comes to kitchen necessities and toys for the kids. 10/10 would recommend Paul and Merete’s home to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway regardless of the time of year. We will be saving this home for future vacations and would love to experience it in the summer.
