Jennifer was an outstanding hostess. Her thoughtful attentiveness to the guest experience was top notch. She was a great communicator and was made us feel extremely welcome.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

Justin’s place was impressive. With it being a smaller house we were not sure if it would be crammed. It was NOT at all! Perfect set up! Fenced in back yard was great! Justin’s house really wasn’t missing a thing- very well thought out. Perfect location. Close to University of Dayton and UD Baseball field. Justin was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating! Thanks Justin!

Cute little spots that I stayed in for a month while working nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, within distance of all the amenities, cute little neighborhood grocery right around the corner.

Very clean cozy space close to UD. Ample street parking. Enjoyed the comfortable beds, nice shower & bathroom. Host was communicative, WiFi worked great. I would stay here again.

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!

Renee was great! We came up for WEC and were concerned about the weather. Renee was flexible and communicated as we traveled up and reassured us about the road conditions. She was personable and quick to respond. We will definitely be making her home our go-to WEC house. Thank you Renee! Looking forward to next time!

Jonna gave us a sanctuary for birthday and Christmas celebrations with out of town guests when our furnace broke and became dangerous. Very cozy and relaxing in the midst of our chaos.

Wonderful camper with great amenities. The air conditioner kept up and kept us cool during a week of extreme heat. Bunk beds are spacious and Master bed very comfortable. He showed us how to use the camper before he left and made sure we were all set before leaving. We plan on using it again hopefully sooner than later!

Allen was amazing! He welcomed my family and fur babies with open arms. Missy was an amazing host and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Thank you Kathy and Leo for an awesome stay at your camper! It was a great location to the Springfield Antique and Flea Market, which is why I traveled to Ohio. Lots of amenities associated with the campground and lots of things to do and see in the area. It was comfortable and everything is there inside you could ever possibly need for a stay. I enjoyed stay and will keep the location in mind for next year's trip!

Absolutely beautiful place! Close to our hunting destination, easy access to, plenty of parking! Spencer was very accommodating! Will definitely book in the future!

This place was such a nice spot for a weekend family staycation. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for guests. We utilized the pool and outdoor amenities the entire weekend and loved the convenience of having a pool every day. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, being surrounded by horses was so peaceful. Also, being able to walk the driveway throughout the day and evening and see the horses was so cool. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Janine is very responsive and helpful. I had to vacate another place and was able to book this property same day. The listing described a background check first, which was only a form and photo of my drivers license, which delayed my check in a tiny bit, only because I had to do it all in the same day. The house is charming and comfortable, on a quiet residential street, well situated to easily get around town. I will certainly choose it again when I return to town.

My family’s stay was everything it needed to be! It was a great home, very spacious, clean and stocked with everything you could think you needed. I would only update the stove/oven. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time. This location was perfect for 7 husbands trying to pamper their wives. Mission accomplished!!! All the amenities made everything so easy. There were many things to do right in the house. -Pool table, Pingpong, games and a movie theater. Great WiFi made hooking up devices a breeze. We would all definitely stay again!!! 10/10

Stayed at Sheas place with my family (4 people and a dog). It was exactly as described. Cozy, CLEAN and comfortable. The house had all the basic necessities required for our stay and it will be on my list of places to return. Thanks you Shea

Our host, Billy, was amazing. From the moment we checked in to when we left. He was accessible, friendly, and accommodating. The home was in great shape and just as described in the post. We had an amazing time and if we stay in the area again I would go out of my way to stay here again.

Stayed here for the horse show at WEC it was the perfect home base. Close to everything, spacious, fenced yard. Would come back!

Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.
