This is a roomy, top floor apartment with a real 180 degree view of Nice. It’s fantastic. It’s not in the touristy bit of the city. But a terrific neighborhood. Directly above a Carrefour grocery store and down the block from two superb bakeries. Five minute walk to the train station and main shopping street. Super close to Alliance Francais if you’re a language student. Great place. Merci Benoit!

I would definitely recommend Memo's place for your stay at Nice. It is in a very central location surrounded by many coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops. Old town is also very easy to reach either by a 20 minutes walk or via tram. The apartment was exactly like the photos and Memo was very proactive and responsive in providing all the information someone would need. Overall a very pleasant stay at a very nice place.

It's close to Florence Santa Maria Novella Station and you can walk to all the famous tourist attractions! I recommend it because the accommodation is clean and very good.👍

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

The stay at Gérard's place was very pleasant. The accommodation is clean, functional and very well located. Gérard was flexible with check-in times, so I highly recommend this listing.

Great location and great apartment. Everything was spotless and it was a great addition to be able to wash our clothes as we were right in the middle of our entire trip in Europe. The only thing that was a challenge was the AC which we found it very cold and couldn’t modify the temperature. We did had an issue with the lock to check in that was not working but the host understood our frustration at 1 am and it was nice that she offered us breakfast for the inconvenience. Everything else was perfect. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Really perfect place for what we were looking for. Very spacious, very bright and well equipped. The location is perfect if you want to walk around the old town of Grosseto. On foot you can easily reach some supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias. Federica, on the other hand, was really available right away, meeting our needs and always responding promptly to our messages. She also provided great support for the various requests during the stay. A host with bows!!

It was used by two people, but there are two small beds in a large room, a double bed, and two small beds in a small room, so I think it would be convenient for my family. It's a little far from the tourist center of Florence, but it's easy enough to walk around and the tram station is close by. The host is also friendly.

Our stay at Adelina's and Simone's place was a very pleasant one. The building itself is gorgeous - a historical palazzo - and the apartment perfectly matches the description. Adelina was a wonderful host, always friendly and proactive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is in Genoa historic city center and near a lot of restaurants and commerces (can be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us). Overall, a very nice place, we recommend :)

Michela and the apartment were wonderful . The location was close to everything and walkable. Michela was very responsive and offered great restaurant, most of which we tried. One restaurant we visited more than once and the staff recognized us which is nice when you are a traveler/tourist. Finally, we spent more time in Parma than planned because the city is beautiful and full of life with lots of places to see and restaurants to try. Well worth the trip!

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

My month-long stay in Genova was made amazing because of Matteo’s place. Matteo and his family gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful, in a great centralized location, and it has everything you need. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Important sights and the Porto Antico are also walkable from there. It truly has everything you could want. It is located inside of a beautiful Palazzo that is charming and safe. And Gaettana helped to keep my place clean with fresh linens and towels frequently. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m so grateful for this experience. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.

very pleasant stay. Lucie's accommodation allowed us to discover Genoa on foot and the quick access to the train station is great for going to Cinque Terre and Bocadasse. We also took advantage of Lucie's many tips. Thanks for the stay.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and very helpful host. Flexible with Check-in. Easy and fast Communication. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good located, close to railway-Station and to the City Center. We would definitivly recommend the place!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Beautiful place and lovely host. Judith was a great host, she was very accommodating and even let us check in early so we could make use of the pool on a sunny day! Judith doesn’t speak English but uses Google translate to communicate which we didn’t mind at all! The accommodation itself was extremely clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. The pool and the views were the best part. Very secluded and peaceful area. I would recommend renting a car as it’s away from the centre and Ubers are not as easy to get. Overall we had a lovely stay and we would recommend. Thank you Judith for a great week!

Our stay at Valeria's beautiful winery in Tuscany was magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the serene beauty of the vineyards that surround this secluded gem. The tranquility of the setting allowed us to fully unwind in the splendor of the Tuscan countryside. The staff at the winery made our experience even more special. Francesco and Hasiba were incredibly welcoming and went above to ensure our stay was perfect. Francesco's wine tasting tour was delightful. One of the highlights was the dinner that Hasiba lovingly prepared for us one evening. The flavors, the freshness, and the care that went into each dish were simply incredible. We enjoyed our meal while overlooking the stunning countryside, making the evening truly unforgettable. The combination of the breathtaking views and the warm hospitality made our stay an absolute dream. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to experience such a place.
