My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! I highly recommend André’s -Pierre apartments with great pleasure!

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

Great place and well kept, especially the garden area! Allyson was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Clear instructions and flat equipped with everything you need.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a perfect location with only a 10- 15 minute walk into the centre of the city, close to many beautiful sites and great restaurants. There are also supermarkets and cafes close by where you can grab any supplies you might need. Giuseppe is a wonderful host who helped make our stay in Florence easy and comfortable. We were given all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and he provided us with lots of recommendations for local amenities. Thank you, we hope to return in the future.

Pauline was fantastic, really accommodating of our early arrival time. The flat was beautifully decorated and had everything you’d need. The flat was ideally located and walkable distance to airport, station and tourists attractions and right above a pay-as-you-go gym! Perfect! Would stay again 5*

Our stay at Adelina's and Simone's place was a very pleasant one. The building itself is gorgeous - a historical palazzo - and the apartment perfectly matches the description. Adelina was a wonderful host, always friendly and proactive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is in Genoa historic city center and near a lot of restaurants and commerces (can be a little noisy at night but it didn't bother us). Overall, a very nice place, we recommend :)

Cute apartment with ocean view and the other apartments, nice, very comfortable. There were some soap products, shampoo, no towels but clean sheets included. Le golfe Bleu has direct exit to a beach going down about 5 to 10 minutes, there is also a pool, ping pong table. In this very quiet time and few people. I would repeat. Anfritión very friendly, with check in that could be flexibilized , I appreciate it. There was also a crib and baby chair.

My month-long stay in Genova was made amazing because of Matteo’s place. Matteo and his family gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful, in a great centralized location, and it has everything you need. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Important sights and the Porto Antico are also walkable from there. It truly has everything you could want. It is located inside of a beautiful Palazzo that is charming and safe. And Gaettana helped to keep my place clean with fresh linens and towels frequently. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m so grateful for this experience. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.

It is a very comfortable flat, located in a safe and walkable appartment building. Lift is there, also grocery store and good pizzeria nearby. The wifi speed is pretty good. Lucie is also a kind and responsive host. Plenty of space in the flat, its big. I would recommend the place to everyone. Specially people who would be working remotely. She has a good table / chair setup for working.

The Mirko’s apartment was fantastic! Spacious, well lit, simultaneously modern and ancient. Full-story windows open above a bustling street filled with residents and visitors walking through the city. Look to your left through the window and you’ll see Brunelleschi’s Dome, a mere block away. Close the windows at night and it’s immediately quiet. All of the appliances are new, the beds and furniture are super-comfortable. Laundry is easy and fast, and the hosts are polite, responsive and very well informed. I highly recommend this apartment.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

What a pleasure to be hosted by Pascal and Valerie who welcome you with open arms with excellent homemade jam! The house is very nice, the garden also with the pétanque court, the background noise passes after this breathtaking view.

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

I had a great time: small characteristic and very quiet village; the accommodation is really comfortable, well heated, it feels like home and Mrs. Piera is very friendly and helpful.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

A great place to come home to after running around Tuscany. A thoughtfully designed space that felt very homey and comfortable.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
