Independent courtyard. Seat for motorcycles or bicycles as shown in the photo. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, washing machine, independent heating, microwave. Cool in the summer, mosquito nets in all the windows. You can park for free on nearby streets or for a fee on the waterfront
