Small apartment, close to everything.

Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

My Awesome Fort Above The Garage!

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Large, private, lower-level apartment in our house

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. It is a very cozy apartment with kitchen, large private bathroom, large family/dining area with couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Pristine Mid-Century home in cul de sac of 24 similar era homes. Great location close to Village of East Davenport, I-74, two bike trails, and within 20 minutes of everything in the Quad Cities! Clean and comfortable, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car attached garage, full kitchen and no steps anywhere! We do not "auto book" so please wait for us to confirmation, we may have a couple questions to ask. Pricing quoted for 4 guests, $25 per person for additional guests up to 6 total.

You are looking at a fully restored lower level 1,200sq ft apartment in the heart of downtown LeClaire. One large bedroom, one bathroom suite with walk-in shower, concrete countertops fully furnished vacation space with lots of vibe and charm. Built in the 1800s, the upstairs church area was converted into a music art space and the layout is consistent in the apartment. This is a clean, new, fresh space that is very comfy.
