Beachfront holiday rentals in Rocky Mountains

This beach house was beautiful. I loved how the kitchen had everything clearly labeled for ease of cooking. Super close to the beach, and an awesome game room upstairs

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

The house and location are amazing. Will definitely be back!!!

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The location is amazing to you, right on the beach with views from the dining room and upstairs. The upstairs is a lovely little special nook to tuck away and stare at the ocean. The kitchen had all that you need and felt very clean. And there were small details throughout made the house so homey, wonderful, and special. - from easy to grab beach chairs to take to, well, the beach, to a bookcase filled with games (not to mention some sort of Nintendo upstairs), to a bucket of water near the door to easily clean off your sandy feet before entering the house. It was a perfect getaway for our family!

Carol called me promptly after booking to let me know she may be flexible on check in if no one booked ahead of us. I stay at a lot of airbnb’s and have never had this offered without asking first. Very accommodating! The location is great and the home was exactly what you would expect for a little coastal cabin. We were also able to fit two trucks towing trailers in the driveway . Neighborhood was very quiet. Didnt see one Neihbor! Beds were comfy, hot tub was very peaceful and LOVE that they accommodate dogs. Thank you for our stay!

Place is right next to the ferry, which you will have to take to get back to the mainland. Fare is 11.20 for the car and driver and like 6 or 7 dollars, each additional person. Spotless home, very well maintained. There are a total of 5 beds, 1 in the guesthouse in the back. 1 bedroom has a bathroom inside. Very cozy, I liked sleeping in the loft honestly. Beds are comfortable. Home is in a very quiet little neighborhood by the water. Very comfortable stay and Kirsten was absolutely amazing through every step. I will return here for for another stay.

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

The home was exactly as described. There was a small misunderstanding with the check-in code and it not working, which resulted in a bit of a wait, but as soon as we reached someone it was resolved promptly. The home is well equipped, the kitchen was easy to cook a Christmas dinner for 8 in. They have a beautiful highchair that made traveling with our toddler granddaughter much easier. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay again if it is available.

ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars for the 'value' is because I truly think that AirBnB's fees are too high. The actual rental fee for the condo was extremely reasonable. And the only other thing is that is a little bit of a bummer is that you have to wash your own dishes, dry them and put them away. There's no dishwasher. But they are up front about that so there's no big deal. I'm just trying to find the little things. :)

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

Janice is the absolute most friendly, considerate and responsive host we have ever experienced. The place is beyond heaven- views of the pool and hot tub as well as ocean views out almost every window. The place is well stocked for cooking great meals and being able to really feel at home. Seascape is perfection- fire pit at night, peaceful and quiet property, absolutely amazing amenities and scenery from a dream. The walking path along the ocean is fabulous- 10 minutes to Seascape Beach and 10 minutes the other direction to a park and playground overlooking the ocean. There are benches everywhere for you to just have a rest and take it all in. The grounds and her home are both incredibly clean and well cared for. We will certainly be staying again soon!

Great stay for a low-key gathering of friends which included a few young children. Spacious common area was great for everyone to be able to hangout together. Kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked a few meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Responsive and friendly host. Flexible checkout. Would stay again!

Lovely spot right on the beach. Perfect location to explore Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. The place has a nice layout and was great for our group (4 adults one child). The community is great, very quiet and private. The reclining chairs and couch were super comfy, as well as the memory foam mattresses. Erin was very proactive and helpful with our questions. Great find and enjoyable stay.

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

Beautiful view from this upper level beach front house! Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Hosts live on the ground floor, barely knew anyone was there. Quick hop down to the beach and a few minutes drive to Lower Gibsons. Amazing place, would definitely recommend! Snow capped mountains and the ocean… doesn’t get any prettier!

We loved our stay at Peter’s home. Having the beach right at your finger tips is amazing! We spent hours digging for sea glass with our kids and swimming in the ocean. The neighbourhood was also great and walkable to lower Gibsons!

Wow! This place amazing! It has a down stairs half-bath with a toilet and sink. Upstairs are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms -- a master bedroom and private bathroom. A unique feature about the second bedroom/bathroom is that the bathroom doors can be opened, closed, locked such that the second bedroom can also have a private bathroom, or not. I've never seen a bathroom with doors constructed like this before. I smile every time I think about this arrangement. Both downstairs and the upstairs master bedroom have working gas fireplaces. We loved having a fire going for ourselves in the evening. :-) The living room was super comfy, with many pillows and blankets. We felt very warm and comfortable all the time we were there. The kitchen was amazing too, with more plates, glassware, pots and pans and utensils than we could could possibly use. :-) If given the opportunity to stay there again, it would take less us than a heartbeat to reply with a resounding "YES"!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space is incredibly spacious with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The view is breathtaking – whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or winding down at sunset, the scenery from the windows and balcony is unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful little old house right on the water. My wife and I loved it! Very peaceful and a great location. We went to Anderson's landing do do some clamming and oystering and had the whole beach to ourselves. We procured our limits in less than an hour and the clams were the best we've ever had. What a beautiful area!! Would love to go back in the future!!

We loved our stay! The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful for a quick getaway. Plenty to do in home with the hot tub, karaoke room, bonfire & views.

This remains my favorite go to vacation spot. The view is fantastic and calming. The kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans and plenty of dishes and gadgets so I can pack less, knowing I’ll have what I need to cook delicious meals. The home is private and well appointed with comfortable spotless linens and blankets. So glad I found this gem years ago.
