Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by field, apple orchard and with a view to Præstø Fjord. Private entrance and private south facing terrace. Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 meters from the water. With access to, shared private beach grounds, with jetty. Large south facing wooden terrace in lovely enclosed garden, on 800m2 plot. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house will not be rented to families with children under 8 years.
