Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. Available again after a few months of own use! We live very rural but only 9km away from the capital Linz. Perfectly located is our apartment for people passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. Privacy is guaranteed with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child friendliness.

Central quiet and green with balcony

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Charming apartment in a nice Art Nouveau house

The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. The high room height conveys a unique feeling of living, a spacious bathtub and a high terrace with a view of a beautiful garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is over complete. The apartment is at your own disposal and has a private entrance. Ideal for people who are looking for something special or want to stay longer in Linz.

Quiet, bright penthouse apartment with large balcony and great views of Frog/Pöstlingberg. Close to the center with plenty of shopping around the corner The Linz music theater, the main train station and the largest shopping mile Landstraße are a 5 minute walk. The old town of Linz is also easily accessible after a walk. Public transportation very close by. A fully equipped kitchen as well as washing machine are available. Paid parking around the house

Our charming, new apartment is located in the Linz Urfahr district in a quiet location, near the university. The 90 m ² are divided into anteroom, 2 bedrooms, a first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. From noon you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor in which our lovingly furnished, spacious apartment is located.
