The SKI BUS stop is located under the windows of the apartment, about 5-7min walk (only two stops to the MAPLE ski slope). The apartment is in a very good place in a family house. City center about 10 min walk. Public transit stop in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecka Dam-use in both summer and winter( bike, inline, bathing, paddleboard, etc.) Train stop about 3 min. walk. Lots of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery also very close. ( 5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope by car 15 min. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are no problem.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the third upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.

Family place in Old town/center

Located just few hundred meters from the famous Liberec cityhall, this apartment can easily accommodate up to six people. I know that for sure, we stay here once a while with our four children. There are plenty of toys to play with and a piano keyboard to play music. Big bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The house has been built in the same year as the famous Liberec city hall. Our apartment is on second floor.
