Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Roosevelt Island

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.

This airbnb is beautiful! It's clean, well-located, and comfortable. Anthony was very communicative. I loved the backyard access. I would happily stay here again.

This was the perfect little getaway my girlfriend and I needed. Christian’s place was perfect and has everything you’ll need. Anyone looking for a nice change of scenery that’s both fun and relaxing, I highly recommend it. Christian is a great host and I sincerely look forward to returning again in the near future! Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

Marc’s place was very clean. Despite being an upper level of a multi-level home, there was no noise from downstairs. The neighborhood was quiet. Despite it being all street parking, we were able to park our big rental SUV very close to the apartment each day.

We stayed at Lukman’s house for 8 weeks while our house was being renovated. Lukman was proactive with instructions and the place was very clean upon arrival. The house more than met our needs.

Very peaceful and clean environment, host was responsive and polite, and even went out of their way to assist us when we had accidentally locked ourselves out during a midnight medical emergency. Sent a message with the expectation that a response won’t come in until some hours later due to it being midnight, but each time I’ve messaged this host, day or night, they were exceptionally quick to respond. Overall the experience was very positive. Would recommend both this Airbnb and this host.

Marcelo was fast to respond when questions were asked. Great place with the added amenity of the hot tub, which came in handy after a long day of walking. His place was extremely clean and welcoming. Affordable and spacious.
