Newly renovated summer house on large natural grounds

In the summer of 2021, we took over our neighbor's house from Karen hence the name Karen's hourse. With a busy year in the renovation's sign, Karen's House has been transformed into a modern summer oasis in one of Denmark's most cozy cottage areas with walking distance to both harbor and beach. The house consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom and large kitchen-living room. The house is surrounded by a large wooden terrace that offers sun, barbecue and garden furniture. Linen package is charged at DKK 50, - per. Person. In the weeks of 25-35, only full weeks are rented out.

Large cottage with 10 min walk to the water.

Newly renovated holiday home of 131 m2, on small closed gravel road in quiet holiday home area. Large almost completely enclosed, unoccupied ground with sun all day long. Possibility of ball games, hooked etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the patio. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone whether you want to make a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the solarium.

The house is located in the middle of Nekke's beautiful nature 1.8 km from Denmark's most beautiful sandy beach. There's a wood-burning oven, new kitchen with dishwasher, new bath and a lovely living room with the finest light. You can go cycling to the spas when shopping and there is miniature golf, the coziest harbour environment, ice cream shops, street market and restaurants within two kilometres. Simple living, cabin in wild, peaceful nature

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

Charming cabin in the woods - close to the water

In Korshage's beautiful and wild nature, you will find our summerhouse. It's almost 100 years old, maybe a little primitive, but very cozy. It is located in the forest, close to the water. We love the place, the trees, the singing of the birds, a trip by the sea, and so much more. And we hope you will too. Rørvig harbor, town and restaurants are only 3 km or a good walk or bike ride away.

Cozy holiday home on land, close to the beach

Sommerhuset er bygget af min bedstefar. Jeg er kommet her hele mit liv. Nu vil vi gerne dele disse hyggelige rammer med andre. Vi bruger selv huset hvilket præger indretningen. Det er et personligt og hyggeligt hus, som vi elsker. Sommerhuset er helårs-isoleret og velfungerende omgivet af en stor naturgrund. Og den fantastiske strand kan man cykle til på 5 min.

Cozy Living - Blind street, no traffic

Quiet road that ends blindly. Ca. 2 km to Rørvig Harbor. 3 km to Nykøbing Sjælland where there are a shopping street. Aprox 1 hour drive from Copenhagen. 3 km to the beach, which is a pleasant walk through the forest most of the way. Can be taken by car or by bike. Lovely wide beach, no stones, sandy bottom and very child friendly.
