Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rosario

The stay was amazing. It had all the comforts, especially in a quiet, familiar place and just a few minutes from the city. We were amazed by the accommodation and Marcela gave us an excellent treatment. Very good hosts and the place 110% recommended.

The neighborhood has a lot of greenery, super quiet. The house is a piece of design, minimalist, functional and super equipped decor! Even better than the photos reflect. Marcela is a genius, very predisposed and it was pending for us to have a great stay as a family. Thank you very much!! I wish we can come back soon. 100% recommended.

Excellent apartment on the last floor of the building. Lots of sunshine, great balconies, and located within walking distance of the river and downtown Rosario. Cristian is an amazing host, very proactive, and always available. Highly recommended!

We booked Julia's house for a few days with the family, and it really turned out to be an unparalleled experience. The photos don't show how comfortable and spacious the house was, so it was a surprise for good. Excellent facilities, location, deal with Andrea who was always ready for any questions. Totally recommended if you want to spend a few days near Rosario with the benefits of the outdoors of Funes. Surely we will be back!!!!

The place is good, it is comfortable and has a very special wave of artist that catches you, but need to pay attention to details, especially that of the cleanliness of the bathrooms that is somewhat delicate and that jumps immediately. Not that it's too expensive because I think the place is worth it, but for the price you should not fail in these things.

Adriana was lovely and very friendly, even letting us enter the house sooner, leaving me toys for my little one and offering us any incident if we called any incident. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your house

A spectacular apartment, spacious, bright, complete, with a privileged view of the Parana River and an incredible library that occupies every corner. Well decorated, with warmth; the large balcony. The building has good security and is one step away from the park. Luisa is excellent and attentive.
