Pictures do not do this place justice! The views are absolutely breathtaking! We stayed here with my four kids and they loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. We also loved waking up to the ocean views. Amy’s place was very clean and the small touches she adds made the experience unforgettable! I would definitely stay again!!

One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Everything was exactly as described. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington but absolutely worth it for the privacy and seclusion we wanted for our anniversary weekend. You could tell Kristy was thoughtful in making sure we felt right at home. We will for sure be staying here when we’re in the area again.

This was an absolutely perfect Topsail vacation home! We loved every minute of our stay. The location is absolutely fantastic. So close to the little local shops and restaurants as well as super close to the bridge going over to the mainland.. The house itself was spotless and quite comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook full meals. Plenty of kitchenware for our group of seven. Proximity to the beach is by far the most fantastic detail of this house! The little private sandy beach *yard* attached to the deck is awesome for kids and the beach itself just down a few steps is so amazing. We could even sit in bed and see the ocean waves! This is the best house with beach access and views we've stayed at in Topsail. Also positive to note, the entire property being fenced in felt incredibly safe for kids and was fantastic for our dog. We realized the apartment was a part of the rental unit and we were so pleasantly surprised! It was a great separate space! Overall highly recommend!

Great place! Clean, things to do for adults and kids, we loved the fenced in backyard. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable!

The space was exactly as described and Diane was super responsive and helpful. The kids loved the hot tub, there were tons of unexpected amenities (waffle maker! Cupcake liners!) which made for more breakfast and snack options. Be sure to plan for renting a car - while there is a nice restaurant next door, you’ll need it to get around. I would recommend planning a stop to the carnivorous plant garden while you’re in town!

Had a perfect weekend. Home is beautiful, comfortable, AMAZING sunrises, relaxing hottub, just a few steps to the ocean, very private. So nice not having to drag coolers etc to the beach. Just carry a chair and a beverage for a lovely day. Walk a few steps back to house if you need anything.

Bryan's place definitely felt like a little home away from home on the beach. It's a quaint cottage, packed with essentials and was just the right size for us two. I was very thankful for its size and no stairs when I unfortunately sprained my ankle on day 2 of our vacation and had to hobble around in crutches the rest of the time! Even though you're right off the main road, there was no noise and was pretty quiet and peaceful. Beach access is right down the road and very easily walkable, or hobbable. The hot tub was a great plus to relax in after a long night. Bryan was very communicative and prompt with questions we had prior to booking. Check-in was very easy and check-out instructions were very reasonable and clear. Overall a great stay that we would definitely book again!

Everything excellent, a very quiet and private house, very close to the beach and shops, I loved being there

This place was so peaceful and cozy. The house is beautiful and feels like home from the moment you walk in. Very quiet neighborhood, great fenced yard with pavers for dogs to play without the mess of mud, and great area to hose off beside the house so we were never tracking in muddy paws or sand. We visited with our three large dogs and even they felt so relaxed almost immediately. The house is spacious and has a lot of character. We loved looking at the art. The hosts are very hospitable and so kind. It is so hard to find places that are truly dog- friendly and as clean and comfortable as this one. We had a very special stay and will definitely be back.

My family and I had an amazing stay! As soon as we walked in the place smelled so clean. The owner responds super fast and I didn’t even have to bother him for anything. I can’t wait to book my next stay!

We had a wonderful stay over Spring Break. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which was never crowded. My husband and son fished off of the floating dock and caught a spot fish, several blue fish, and a flounder. We also were able to catch some crabs in the crab trap. We left the trap there for future visitors to enjoy. The weather was perfect. There are restaurants, ice cream, and a small market 2-3 minutes from the house or you can drive a little further to Surf City for more choices. Cheryl was responsive and proactive. We will definitely be back!

Jill’s place was a great place for my boys and I to stay for a week at the beach! The location was perfect. The cozy little cottage was clean and organized with everything you may need for a stay away from home. Jill was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I highly recommend her place for your stay.

We loved our week at Blue Turtle Cottage! It’s bright, clean and charming. Just a short walk to the beach. Leslie and Kay were lovely hosts. We’d definitely come back if our plans bring us to OKI. The king bed is super comfy!. Thanks for hosting us! 💙🐢

If you are looking for a very clean, well kept, fully stocked and cozy home, then this is the place that you need to book. Jenn is a wonderful host and her communication is very timely. There was a storm the week of our stay that ended up putting us one day behind due to flooding. Jenn was very accommodating and quickly refunded one night for us. She could not get to the house to clean due to flooding but asked a friend to assist. We were able to get to the house the very next day and start our vacation. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, bikes, an outdoor grill, toiletries and any kitchen item that you may need. Jenn was thoughtful enough to have bottled water in the fridge incase you had a long trip. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating on the patio. Under the house she has swings where you can enjoy the beach weather and beautiful views of the marsh. Our family has already planned on coming back again next year. my sister and i were out for family business, and the tin roof cottage was perfect for the two of us: spotless, private and super comfortable for our stay. if we're ever back to the holden beach/supply area we will absolutely be staying here again.

Cute place. Great location and we were able to walk everywhere once we arrived. Thought the cleaning fee was a little high with me stripping beds, washing dishes, taking out garbage and starting a load of laundry per the check out instructions. But other than that, great visit to Topsail!

This was exactly what we needed as we dealt with our fathers death and funeral. Having a place to come back to each night so we could be together as a family meant more than words could express. We will definitely look at booking again if we need a place to stay in NC again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Both Rebecca and the property were fantastic. The pool was a perfect spot to relax, offering a beach retreat without the hassle of sand. (Sometimes you wanna be at the beach...without dealing with the beach. HA) The location is ideal for a staycation or vacation and I really appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was. It’s also incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore nearby shops/food and enjoy a walk with our dogs. Love it!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice private location within driving distance of base, the gym, and parks all things I was looking for. Debra was very friendly and responsive and had chocolate cake waiting for me upon arrival! Would stay here again!

Incredibly clean and comfortable, just as described! Brandi’s place was exactly what we were looking for to serve as our ‘home base’ while attending a family matter in the area. She is responsive and friendly and was even able to accommodate an extra night when our plans shifted. Would certainly come back if in the area again. Thank you!

The cottage was perfect! I will definitely stay there again, it was perfect for a couple getaway!
