We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—easy to catch an Uber back and forth into the city, but also surrounded by great food options that stay open late. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, especially in the winter, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer! The host was super helpful and friendly, always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

The home is so cozy and clean, offers you very good privacy in the backyard. Everything keeps in a very good condition. The location is very convenient. It’s not the kind of typical investment Airbnb house you can find anywhere. It’s a sweet home you will have the warmth feeling from heart that you will forget this is an Airbnb. Definitely recommend it!

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

We had a wonderful holiday stay at Jake’s beautifully maintained historic property. The house is spacious and fully updated, with a charming, rambling layout and bonus spaces like a separate garage and studio. The picturesque grounds, with unique water features and wooded areas, provided a serene backdrop for our visit. The kitchen was highly functional and perfect for preparing family meals, and the modern, spotless bathrooms added to the comfort. The standout was the master wing, offering privacy, style, a luxurious soaking tub, and a cozy gas fireplace in the bedroom. The quiet neighborhood is close to a great grocery store (5-6 minutes away). While there are no sidewalks, daylight walks were enjoyable, with nearby destinations to explore. Jake has created a welcoming, contemporary space within a historic home, making it an ideal home base for visiting family or friends. It’s a great place to gather, share meals, and enjoy quiet entertaining.

The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

If I could give this rental 10 stars, I absolutely would! The house is simply amazing! From the moment we checked in, my daughter was so excited—she ran through the house, opening every blind and curtain to let the natural light flood in. Despite the frigid weather outside, the home was warm and inviting. We spent our Christmas holiday here, and it truly was the perfect place to celebrate. The house was beautifully decorated for the season, and the cozy furnishings made it ideal for quality family time. Joanne, the hostess, was exceptional—she was responsive to all my questions and requests, even months before our stay. And as if the experience couldn't get any better, it snowed on Christmas Eve! I joked with Joanne that she must have arranged a white Christmas just for us. 😊 The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed except for a cooling rack for our Christmas cookies—but that was minor. I highly recommend this house and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Joanne!

A beautiful home right by the beach. Kitchen is useful and everything was spotless. Loaded with cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Towels are graciously placed in the drawers of the bathrooms and everything was supplied as said. If you can get past that everyone needs to share their ID, this is a recommended place for groups or families that want to be by the beach for a getaway.

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect and very clean and spacious. The hosts were VERY ACCOMMODATING and kind and worked with us in a late check out and early arrival. We were here for NYFW and Will definitely be returning in September! You need to book this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s home! Stayed with my family for a few nights. Very clean and well apportioned, with everything we needed for a great stay. Simultaneously spacious and incredibly cozy. The sunroom was especially nice. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and a beautiful view off into the distance over the ridge. Highly recommended!

Robert’s home was just sd described and provided what you need for a comfortable visit. It is very close to the beach which is lovely.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

Erika's place is a dream vacation kind of a place, even in the winter time the house was warm and cozy with plenty of room for us to spread out, find a quiet nook to read a book, or gather with family to enjoy movies in front of the fireplace! The kitchen was packed with everything you could dream of to create amazing meals. We even used the Peloton bike (brought our own shoes) in the well equipped exercise room. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, we all slept well! We especially loved the master shower with the bench and rain shower head. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to great restaurants and the beach! We hope to plan a trip in the summer and will definitely book again, at which time we will enjoy the backyard and barbeque! Don't hesitate to book this house!
