We loved our stay at Fawzia's Casita! It was very easy to find, easy to access and come & go. The surrounding neighborhood/drive to the location was beautiful. Upon entering, it looked very clean and cozy. Very roomy space. The hosts were responsive whenever we had a question. Would recommend!

Ashley was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond and was immediately helpful even with minor details. The home is right off of a lovely park, trail, and downtown Roseville. Ideal location. Would stay again.

Home was clean, very spacious and beds comfy. My family and I really enjoyed the pool/ping pong table.

Fong and Kelly’s airbnb is perfect for hosting a large gathering. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The entire home is spacious and welcoming. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there is plenty of parking. The ping pong table was a hit. We didn’t get to use the pool but that is okay. Perfect family vacation home.

My family stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The layout of the house was perfect for our kids, the house had immediate access to nice trails, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants really close by. The nice backyard and the hot tub were the cherry on top. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are passing through!

good Airbnb, has an Xbox and a Play station if your into that, cool little streetcar neighborhood, less that 20min by car from all the fun stuff to do in sac.

Stayed a night with my boyfriend for a concert over at the golden 1 center, it was only an 8 minute drive! The house itself is exactly as described, the driveway parking was a huge plus for us and very appreciated. Location is great there’s a lot of places around to eat, very walkable. Check-in was smooth. Hosts even took an extra step and had new toiletries/ear plugs for guest use. Would definitely stay again!

Alfonso was great, communicated well and our process of booking through the end of the stay was very easy. The place was large enough to comfortably hold our 8 person group. The value was great and made traveling together possible.

Stayed here and loved it! very comfortable and quite neighborhood perfect place to stay! Cameron was very responsive and made sure I got what I needed and made me feel like I was at home. Loved the hot tub great to unwind and relax. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great day at Valentin’s place! It had everything we needed as a young family traveling with a dog and even had dog bowls that we forgot! The Airbnb is laid out very thoughtfully, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Sarah was great. Very responsive. It was a easy checkin. I left her a message at checkout. lovely neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. used a few lemons from her tree to make dishes. Kids ate 2 oranges and loved them. Home is a big space so we made sure to clean everything to help out the housekeeping for the next guest. Thank you❤️

The house is quite nice. The surroundings and porch are beautiful, especially in the early morning.

Our second stay at River Cats Alley was so comfortable, again. The layout of the home makes it easy to have privacy or to spend time together in the lovely living room & kitchen. The first floor bedroom suited one of us perfectly & the other loved the tv & space of the third floor. We brought meals home from Cafe Dantorels next door a couple times & also enjoyed cooking & chatting in the kitchen. I could spend a lot of time on the big couch in the living room or on the balcony over the alley. The location is convenient but a little bit away from the noisy action of the city. I will definitely return for my next visit!

Kelly’s Airbnb was the perfect location for a weekend getaway! Check in was very easy and Kelly was super friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub which has Bluetooth speakers with gorgeous lights!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is truly a well done house!
