The house is in a unique location with very nice views a few minutes from the sea and other cities it is also worth highlighting the friendliness of the owner, the house is beautiful and the expectacular kitchen 100 by 100 recommended is very large.

Great solution outside the ZTL, ideal for parking by car and the center is easily reachable in a short walk. We stayed with 2 very young children and the solution fully responded to our needs. Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful, definitely recommended for families!

The apartment is in the square, the area is very comfortable to walk around the center of Livorno and is practically all within walking distance. Upon arrival we had some problems with the elevator, but Elio was immediately responsive to help us resolve in a short time. Communication has always been quick and effective. Highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

It was beautiful at Eva's house! The bedrooms with air conditioning, a large kitchen with plenty of space and everything you need. And the attached annex offers even more privacy if desired. The pool is super clean and was our rescue this hot summer. There is still an enclosure with tortoises in the garden, which is really pretty. The garden is practically enclosed, a small gap was easily closed, so our small dog was safe. It was really wonderful, the supermarket by car in 3 minutes, A delicious restaurant (da caino la cantina) was even within walking distance. Thank you Eva🤗

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

The house is tiny and nice, it's in a historical village. If you like fresh air, view to hills and forest - it should be your choice. For us it was comfortable and adequate to our expectations. Thanks!

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

Cecilia is a really kind and caring person. His house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. Nothing is missing in the house and there is air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk you can reach the promenade of the promenade and the bathing establishments (we recommend Amedeo bathroom) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. I are warmly welcomed by Silvia and the appartment ist very lovely and cozy. There is beautiful see and forest for us to relax only few steps away. There is nothing to complain everything is perfect. Silvia is very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this appartment. I wish we could stay here longer.
