Beachfront holiday rentals in Roskilde Municipality

Camilla's place was amazing. The house is located at the end of a dirt road, with no direct neighbors, quiet and with a magnificent view of the water. You can get to the beach through a garden gate, which is perfect for dogs. The accommodation is divided into three houses: a main house with kitchen, living room and bedrooms, the second house as a bathroom and with a shower and the third house with a double bed, small bedroom and living room. Everything was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. There was even a little welcome gift. Even in winter everything gets nice and warm and it is very cozy. In case of snowfall, however, you can't get to the house or go. So we did it on the departure day: The cars didn't get away from the small mountain at the house. But again, Camilla was super friendly, always reachable, made contact with surrounding neighbors, always informed us and we were allowed to stay one night longer until the snow was pushed away.

I went with my boyfriend and daughter (2.5 years) here at the start of February 2025. The place is exactly like the pictures, there is nothing missing, and it was a super cozy summerhouse that we were able to relax in. There is both a high chair and a travel cot. I love the construction of the summerhouse, as well as the vintage style used. It gave my mind the peace I was seeking-and a cozy wood-burning stove was definitely a part of it. This isn't the last time I'll use that summerhouse 😄💪🏼

When you see the pictures of this house and the view you assume it cannot possibly be this pretty. But is is. We couldn’t believe it. From the garden you can walk straight into a fjord. This place is by far the best vacation house we ever rented. The house is small but has everything you need. Get ready for some serious hygge!

The cottage is an absolutely amazing, cozy, personal and really wonderfully located gem 🌻🌊🦋 In addition to the beautiful location, the kitchen was well-equipped and a good size for when you're more people. The warmest recommendations for both Katrine and the house!

Reservations and stay went great. Anders' house is clean and tidy. The equipment is top notch. Beds and linens are comfortable. Anders responded quickly to messages. Very good listing.

We enjoyed a long weekend at Birgitte and Inge-Golf‘s summer cottage and couldn’t have liked it more: great nature and a beautiful house with everything you need. They even provided us with a highchair and some toys for our kid. Can absolutely recommend!

Super Ferrienhaus !!! A huge property that reaches all the way to the water with a view of the Roskilde Fjord. Very quiet location, no dead neighbors. Very large Ferria house in the bungalow handle with magnificent views through the entire window front to the water. Everything at ground level and therefore well suited for wheelchair as one bathroom is large enough. Tip: Harbor city beach free Baltic Sea Hundested 24 min 24 min, Stængehus swimming beach 21 km 29 min, Viking ship museum Roskilde 30 km 30 min, land of legends ( Viking Königshalle Langhaus, shipping, medieval age) at Lejre 46 km 45 min, Copenhagen 47 km 45 min, Since the cottage is in the middle of nature, there are mosquitoes and sometimes a couple spiders in the house with the windows open. Battery vacuum cleaner is available ;-)

Anette and Carsten have a really nice place with excellent amenities right by the water and close to the forest. Anette and Carsten are welcoming, helpful, and great at communicating. I can highly recommend renting from Anette and Carsten.

What an incredibly nice place to stay. The stay is very spacious and bright. Our son and girlfriend were in the extra stay. That extra space adds a lot to the already large stay. A very pleasant place, right by the sea!!! You will park on your own property. And we were allowed to use the firewood in the yard. Highly recommended to stay. If you are a fish fan, you should really use John's fish shop. The address of the yellow house has Allen in the extra description.

Birgit's house is very cozy with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Within walking distance you can reach a large art museum and Copenhagen can be easily reached by public transport. We really liked that. The place itself is rather dreary.

Our family had another great stay at Christel's vacation house. It was perfect, plenty of space, very modern amenities, easy to feel at home. Great view and even a few sunny days (rare in Denmark in Feb.). Hope to be back again!

Incredibly beautiful little place, very close to the water, and peacefully located in the woods! We went for a beautiful morning walk in the area by recommendation, and watched the sun rise while having breakfast. Christian was a very welcoming host and we felt very well received. He has some great tips on what to see in the area, and we had lunch at Rødvig Central, where we got really good food: -) Great recommendation from here!

Linda’s place is so charming and clean and welcoming. It’s nestled in a private little neighborhood right near the shoreline. We had a wonderful time driving around and visiting the restaurants on the wharf. The kitchen is well-stocked so we were able to make some nice meals and she has plenty of games and videos to keep you occupied on a rainy stay. would absolutely stay here again! Only thing to consider is for travelers with any issues ambulating… the staircase to the second floor is kind of narrow and not ideal if you have any mobility challenges.

We loved this place. It is a small house with beautiful surroundings and great nature. It is a peaceful neighborhood. Driving with the car to Copenhagen is around 35-50min, depending on the traffic. We were here end of December and beginning of January. From our experience the heating works well and gets the apartment warm enough for winter time. If you’re used to a lot of fireworks on New Year’s Eve and you long for a lot of them, we would recommend to go to Copenhagen. There were also a few in the neighborhood and cities around, but it wasn’t a lot. There was also the possibility to buy fireworks in the Spar supermarket nearby. All in all we loved our stay and were able to relax well. We definitely can recommend this Airbnb.
