Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

The house, part of La Perla Apartments, offers great space for families or groups and is convenient to the Drava cycle path and numerous hiking trails. It is located in the quiet village of Steinfeld, which offers essential services. Just a few kilometres away is the Badesee bathing lake with its well-equipped beach and paragliding landing field; we are just a few minutes' drive from Carinthia's best ski carousels. Welcome to our comfortably equipped yet traditional family house in Austrian style that accommodates all your holiday needs. Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

3Traumhaft cottage in best location

Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms with private shower rooms on the first floor. Our holiday home is built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is available in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. Internet access via WLAN is a matter of course.
