Old building completely renovated, spacious and bright, with all amenities. (Reversible air conditioning, one bathroom per room), private pool, fenced. In a pretty corner of greenery at the crossroads of the most beautiful sights of the Lot. Near Rocamadour, Padirac Cave, Castelnau Castle... very pretty listed villages (Martel, Autoire, Carennac, Loubressac Collonges-la-Rouge), many hiking trails... Very close to a stream and a body of water and not far from shops (see "info to note")

Le Petit Séchoir de Léa, completely renovated in 2020, 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, close to shopping malls and the Dordogne. Its layout consists of a kitchen/dining room (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo, toaster...) and a TV with PS4. Outside area includes table and chairs for 6 people + barbecue + parasol. We took care to keep the exposed beams and stone walls characteristic of the region. Ideal for lovers of nature, calm and tranquility.
