Resort holiday rentals in Round Hill Village

Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Ryan is a great host, quick to respond to questions, and helped make sure check in was smooth with the front desk of this property.

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

Great stay! Very Lake Tahoe feel. Good location for a stay in SLT. We enjoyed the hot tub, they have 2! Clean and roomy unit. Lots of spiders! Walking distance to the beach. At check in we received wristbands they were awesome for easy key access to room & amenities.

This is a great value. Even though the furniture is a bit worn and dated, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. This place would be our first choice when deciding to come back. [Recommendation: avoid room 424B due to constant noise from the above ventilation units that run around the clock; request a room at a lower level or at the center of the building when checking in. The front desk was accommodating and allowed us to change rooms after the first night.]

Great 2 bedroom apartment, spacious and well stocked with amenities. Was very convenient having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. Location was excellent, the gondola is right outside the hotel and a ski valet is available for hotel guests. The free valet parking was great as we had a car, although many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Check-in was a breeze as Mike had made all the room bookings under our names and we had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Resort style hotel room. Great location.

My family of three really enjoyed staying in the 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen. We stayed in a ground level unit since we brought our bikes and it made for easy access in and out of the resort. There are many trails that you can hike or bike to go to Nevada Beach or even to Stateline. The Round Hill shopping is very convenient for grocery shopping and there are various restaurants there as well if you don't feel like cooking. We took advantage of the pool, recreation room and grill areas. We look forward to visiting again next summer.

Perfect location central to South Lake Tahoe area, walking/scooter distance to tons of restaurants and activities! Clean room with a nice kitchenette area. Will def use again in the future !

This is the perfect ski-in-ski-out spot. Cozy room with a pull out sofa, access to the hot tub, and on-site amenities like a life ticket office, ski rental, valet and tune ups, and food options. Had a great stay and would definitely come back to Everline!

This was a great little place. It had everything we needed. I took kitchen stuff in case, but there were spoons, forks, pots, pans, cups, a microwave, fridge, and a mini stove (I didn’t use). It was also very clean. I believe this resort is right in the middle of everything. There’s so much to do around there. The lake is only 2 mins away where you can hangout or do activities like parasail, kayak, pedalboat, paddle board, etc. The concierge is very helpful. They give you many discounts on places nearby which include restaurants, activities and such. There are also many places to hike. We went to inspiration point and cascade falls. Very beautiful, worth the 20-30 min drive. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful, largely thanks to the perfect location. Being so close to the ski lift was a game-changer, especially after a long day on the mountain. The room was spotless. You could tell it was meticulously cleaned. The view from our window was breathtaking – a beautiful way to start the day. Having a coffee maker in the room was so convenient for those pre-ski mornings. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. We highly recommend this room for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable ski getaway! I was most impressed with the host, as she was very fast to respond and really helpful. Booking direct with the unit owner is so much better than going through the hotel, they even paid the really expensive resort fee for me.

We came up to Palisades for the week with our friends. They booked directly through the Everline resort; we booked Pat's place, and I'm so glad we did! Here's why: 1. We paid less than our friends did for the exact same room type! 2. Our rooms were not only beautiful, they were exactly as pictured. (Our friends were expecting the kind of room layout / view seen on the resort website, but there's no guarantee - and what they got was okay but not what they wanted). 3. ...and perhaps most importantly, Pat was an amazing host. He responded promptly to every question we had, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks very much, and we will definitely rebook when we come back to Palisades!
