We enjoyed our stay in every way. Even through we where here in february, we really enjoyed the energy of the sea and a fresh sea breeze, the air IS fantastic. We used the bikes and went on beautiful hikes mostly along the coast. We brought fresh seefood at a nearby fish shop and vegetable on the local market and prepared it at our accomodation. We also loved eating at different restaurants ( lot of seafood and cevapcici;) The villa is spacious, clean and very nice. Igor the owner is a helpful and kind person. Thank you very much🌊😌

Ray and Lana are fantastic hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend their place. It’s conveniently located near the sea and offers a peaceful atmosphere. We had a very relaxed and quiet holiday at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered every comfort: located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance of the small, delightful town of Bale. An all-round successful stay! The place was as described and we had a nice time at Ana's house. She was always easy to reach and very friendly. We were able to enjoy our tranquility on the small covered terrace overlooking the olive trees in the garden. Thanks to air conditioning, you could retreat very well in the hot temperatures inside. The location was great for us. Within a few minutes by car you were on the dog beach and in the city where there are many good restaurants.

Beautiful place to spend a few days with the sea and retreat yourself

The perfect place for a vacation in Pula. Practically a minute away from the old town and downtown. The Arch is 5 minutes away, similar to the Castle. The arena is an 8-minute walk away. Djuna is very helpful, always willing to answer questions. The apartment is as described and photographed. Equipped with everything you need, like a microwave, a washer, a dryer, and even an electric grill. We found sweet treats and a supply of coffee and tea. Only to the beach is far, but there are buses. I don't have to worry about anything, everything was in order. Thanks, and we'll probably use it again.

We have had some great hosts, but Kristjan was one of, if not the best host we have had so far. We felt at home right from the start. You are personally welcomed and accompanied to the apartment as if you were with friends. Every question is answered quickly and Kristjan has a solution for every request. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It was really amazing, everything we needed was there. We arrived late and went to the supermarket beforehand to shop for breakfast, which wouldn't have been necessary as Kristjan was prepared here too and had the basics such as milk etc. already in the fridge for us. The apartment is centrally located in a lively pedestrian zone. The parking lot is within walking distance and nearby beaches are easily accessible. This was an exceptionally great Airbnb experience and Kristjan fully deserves his Superhost status. We can highly recommend the apartment to anyone.

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. We have had a great time in Tuliševica. The property has a wonderful panoramic view, it is above Lovran. We have spent there a week with our friends and their families. We have enjoyed a lot the panoramic barbecue place and the lovely cooling pool there, as well. Hopefully we get back soon there again!

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

The garden was beautifully maintained and the pool was a real highlight, especially on the hot days. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well appointed. Lovely modern apartment in a quiet area of Pula, easily walkable to all the main sights. All of the decor is very modern and bright, and bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Check in was very easy as we were met by the host and she explained everything for us. As noted the apartment is on the 4th floor and no elevator, so getting our bags up was a struggle, but it's only once and was well worth the effort The balcony is a nice size and can easily seat four people, and also racks to dry clothes. If you are driving there is a dedicated parking spot behind the apartment block, and Lidl is a three min drive to buy your food. The apartment was also incredibly cheap. Would highly recommend !!

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

Excellent from check-in to checkout. Everything went the way you could wish for. Our expectations have been exceeded. The apartment is a dream. There was nothing that didn't exist and everything was sparkling clean. Parking space on the premises or with free parking card in the public square. Separate outdoor seating area for breakfast or relaxing. We were immediately helped with all our questions and concerns. We can definitely recommend the apartment and the nice and friendly people who belong to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. To get to the old town on foot, you have several options, whereby you don't even need 10 minutes for the shortest path with a speedy gait. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank everyone who contributed to it.

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The accommodation was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to Sanda's great tips, we were able to do nice things. We are more than happy to recommend the place!

Quiet ,peaceful neighbourhood. Short walk to beach through a forest. Parking out front. Lots of space. Responsive hosts.

We visited this place in late August, early September. The place is as described and easy to find. Having a parking spot is a huge plus. However, it's about 100 meters or so away from the house. You need to walk a few steps to get to it too. The house is on the hill above the main attractions. So, coming back up the hill may be challenging for some people. The apartment itself is great and had everything we needed. The temps were in the thirties Celsius during our stay and air conditioner was working great. The hosts were really friendly and responsive and helped us to find things that we needed. We had great time during our stay there.
