Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Royal Tunbridge Wells

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the straw barn and hope we can do so again in the near future.

We had a great long weekend here with all the family. The house is beautiful decorated and feels luxurious, with lots of fun details to explore. All the beds are large and very comfortable and every floor has bathrooms which was very convenient. We also loved the dining table with the lazy Susan at the centre. It's also a stone's throw from the shops, pubs etc of the old town.

We had a fabulous time once again with all my children, partners and dogs. It’s the 2nd year we have booked Katrina’s house between Xmas and new year and I would 100% recommend it . The house smells amazing , the beds super comfy and the pillows and bed linen of superb quality. In fact I’ve purchased the same pillows for home ! The garden is large and fully enclosed for dogs and there’s ample parking for 4 cars. Katrina and nick are superb hosts and we would love to book for a 3rd year !

Just fabulous! Beautiful property in a Perfect spot. Emily most welcoming & there to greet us. Extremely comfy beds! Our only complaint is we wished to have booked more then one night ! The pool looked amazing - we will just have to come back in the Summer! Highly recommend

Such a lovely stay at this gorgeous charming little cottage, the hosts and their family were a joy, very warm and welcoming. We only had one night but it proved the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of London. The pub over the road is idyllic and serves a lovely selection of wine and beer. Will definitely be coming back, thanks for a lovely if not too short stay.

Andy is a fantastic host, and the house was the perfect place to stay. You can easily walk into the Old Town, but the cottage feels quiet and peaceful. The house itself is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Blue is an angel! Thank you so much Andy.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Glenn and Anita's place was a perfect weekend getaway from London. The airbnb was right in the centre of town and very convenient to local pubs, shopping, cafes etc. The living room was perfect for our night in next to the fire on the large chesterfield sofas. Glenn and Anita's were very responsive and clear in there communications. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The flat was so quiet and peaceful. It was even bigger than it looked in the photos too. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like a log! The kitchen was really well equipped. We loved the area and it was walking distance to all the amenities. Would stay again.

Had the bestest serene birthday! So happy to find Jasper’s place. The accommodation is exactly what is posted online. Stunning sea views in the morning 🥰🥰🥰 Jasper is so ever helpful and responsive. We had the best quiet time just admiring all the interiors and the view of the house. I would love to gate keep this little nook we found but it deserves a spotlight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

It was nice to be very close to Rochester High Street. However, the stairs were steep, so it was hard to lift my luggage. I was so grateful for adjusting the check-in time. The house was small, but the bedding and the bathroom were really clean. It was especially good because the heating in the house was good.

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

We both loved the place, it was great for a little weekend getaway. Perfect walkable distance to the beach and a multitude of shops and restaurants. Great host as well, provided clear instructions and all the amenities we required. Would recommend to all.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

Camber Beach house was a beautiful place; 5 double en-suite rooms and a generous living area was just what our family wanted. The house was just as described and the kitchen was so well equipped with loads of mugs, plates, serving bowls etc. there’s nothing worse than a holiday rental that accommodates 10 people just having 10 plates and not enough chairs for guests to sit on! Jeanni’s house is the perfect place, very comfortable with everything anyone could want. Our family loved the house, the decor and especially being so close to the beach where we walked for miles and the more youthful members of our family had morning runs. We ate at The Owl just around the corner where the food and service was excellent. We were also blessed with the most perfect spring sunshine, we had a fabulous weekend and would love to stay again in the future.

We spent New Year with a group of friends at Stuart villa for the second time. We liked our last year experience so much that we did not even look for other options. It is a wonderful space, which provides enough privacy for every one and also allows to have fun in a big group. Very big and very well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with clean, comfortable bathrooms, fireplace, private garden, total privacy except for deer and birds. Wonderful country walks (which Stuart provides with detailed descriptions) and warm local pubs. Highly recommended.

Booked 3 day getaway with kids, lots of information before arriving which made the process very easy. As soon as I walk into caravan you could see how clean it was and loads of games and dvds made available as well as netflix. I was also left a little box of milk, tea,coffee and sugar great touch. The kids loved all the activities and entertainment and I thought staff round the complex were very helpful. I had abit of a mishap with the key and Rob drove out late at night and was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much..

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!
