What a cute, cozy place! We loved our evening away and had so much fun as we were right downtown in the middle of everything. The location was convenient, the apartment was clean, Jennifer was helpful, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Maria was a great host. I booked this reservation lats minute to attend a conference. There is reserved parking, easy check-in and only about 10 minutes from a Walmart. The place had all necessary items and was great for the stay.

I highly recommend staying at this little gem. The surroundings are very peaceful and the duplex is a new construction so everything is in fabulous shape inside. It is definitely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in!! The kitchen is awesome! It has so much space and is furnished with some very nice appliances. The laundry room is a very nice bonus! Lisi and Alan are amazing hosts! They are sweet, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Overall, a great Airbnb experience!!

We loved our stay at Deborah’s place! We traveled with our six month old and Deborah made special accommodations for her. Great spot in a great neighborhood! We hope to be back soon!

The place was very nice and clean. Was up to date and very comfortable. Enjoyed the trail walk and the views over looking the mountains. If your in space D just be prepared to walk up some slightly narrow stairs. All the amenities came in handy and everything worked perfectly. If your looking for a nice quiet place to get away for a few days, this is it.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb while visiting my daughter at UTC. The space was peaceful, clean, and cozy—exactly what we needed to relax. I felt safe and the bed was very comfortable. The spiral staircase leading up to the lofted studio was charming. It was well-stocked, within five minutes of campus, and close to great restaurants. Hope was an amazing host, very communicative and friendly. I would love to return again and again!

This spot was nicely located between Chattanooga and the Upper Legget Road Trail Head. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was even willing to accommodate my food allergies, which meant they could not cook mammal meat while I was in the house (I have alpha-gal syndrome and am fume reactive). I was very appreciative! We were traveling with our dog. He and the homeowners' dogs barked at eachother through the floor quite a bit for a little while, but they settled after not too long. The space itself was cute and had everything we needed for our stay!

The apartment met or exceeded any expectations. Tammy is a wonderful host. She is prompt answering any questions. I must also say Tammy has a little piece of heaven in the city with her properties. She has a wonderful field for walking dogs or children playing, a small playground, and other things like gazebos, swings, fire pits etc at each property. Her pet policy was extremely flexible especially since I have a large dog and a small. The cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. I highly recommend any of Tammy's properties. Wonderful person with her own community 2 miles from downtown!

Very nice place overall! The place was as described and very clean. I really enjoyed the location which included some great scenery along with several great local restaurants and shops.

Such a beautiful location!! Easy to locate and super quiet place to relax.. the perfect place to spend quality time with those you love while enjoying the view of the great outdoors, secluded but with lots of entertainment and accommodation! My family is so grateful for the experience of a lifetime!

This place was so refreshing! Right outside of the city, tucked away, gorgeous views of the mountain, loved how roomy the space was; everything I needed was accounted for. I came solo after my guests couldn’t fly out but I could see it being the perfect spot for families/groups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great stay! Will definitely be back!

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!
