Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

The spacious apartment is part of atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by stunning nature and fresh air. The farm has horses, chickens, rabbits, cats, and Carlo the dog. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm includes smaller woodlands and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, soccer games. The apartment holds three bedrooms (6 people), but possibility for an additional 4-6 accommodation on the sofa bed and loft. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking Kleven Harbor. In the butterhole between Marstal and Ærøskøbing you will find the small cozy village of Kragnæs. With Øhavstien running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history of the house. It has a lovely garden with a terrace and fire pit.

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Dieses charmante Häuschen ist der ehemalige Altenteil unseres Hofes und liegt auf der anderen Seite der kleinen Lindenallee, die zu unserem Wohnhaus führt. Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Newly built two-story apartment in our 200 year old barn, previously used for cattle, chicken coop, basin, and carpenter workshop. The apartment has everything for a relaxing stay in beautiful, raw nature. The long beach of the Vittens, just a walk away, is perfect for disconnecting.
