Comfortable country house conveniently located less than a mile off of HWY 271 N for easy access to Paris, TX, Pat Mayse Lake, or The Choctaw Casino in Grant, OK. House has two bedrooms and 1 bath. We also have discounts for long-term stays. We have a spacious backyard with easy parking. Kitchen has full refrigerator and electric stove for preparing meals. Excellent T-Mobile internet and Roku TV. 2.8 mi to Camp Maxey, 3.1 to Drake Event Barn, 4.8 to Dunmon Ranch, 12 to Paris Hospital

Tiny house located only 20 minutes south of Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Quiet community, no dirt road, good parking. Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.

The small house is handicap accessible is two blocks north of highway 70 and 1/2 mile to International Paper. It is a town setting, but is a fairly quiet neighborhood at night. Daytime, is different, since we are near the school and daycare. The house is a small two bedroom with log siding and central air. It is clean and comfortable for a stay in Valliant. We are close to the library and good restaurants and churches. 30 minutes from Hochatown and Beavers Bend.

Single or couples 1 bedroom cabin, sits on 3 acres over looking small pond (no fish) surrounded by trees & wildlife. Located 5 mi. from Broken Bow, and 13 mi. from Hochatown. It's a short 20 minute drive from Beavers Bend State Park, 10 minutes from Mountain Fork River and 6 minutes from Glover River and 35 minutes from Pine Creek. An abundance of privacy, minimal traffic, quick and easy access to all nearby attractions and all of the amenities for a comfy quiet stay.
