Apartment in old school

A 2022 renovated apartment at the end of a former village school. Apartment has a indoor kitchen, an open bedroom, and a bathroom. Sleeps four. A double bed in the bedroom and a fold-out couch in the living room. The outdoor sauna heats up at an extra charge. The flat is located in a quiet area, 8km from the city center. The rest of the building is used by the host, and dogs and chickens are playing around their side the yard. There's room to hang out in the yard, like a BBQ grill. Great for families with children, too.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Just renovated 60 m2 fully furnished and equipped apartment for up 5 people. Sauna, balcony, car shelter, fast wifi and workstation. Everything you need for a longer stay. 150 m from grocery store and the bus stop were you can easily reach center, trainstation or university. Skiing, running track and lake Saimaa are all within 200 m house. Peaceful environment with lots of sport and outdoor activities.

Cozy 37 sq m studio-apartmetnt (400 sq ft) with sauna in a quiet place in the center of Savonlinna. Excellent location to explore the city on foot or bike. The studio is very comfortable for two, but can accommodate two more on the retractable sofa. Additional mattress is available, which makes sofa bed comfortable too.
