5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

You will immediately feel comfortable in this well-kept room with separate access and private shower/toilet. In an old horse stable from 1903, was stylishly remodeled by Rudolf Olgiati. Ilanz is the starting point to numerous attractions! ********** You will immediately feel at home in this cosy studio in the heart of Ilanz. Very cozy attic in Laax - direct from ski lift

Beautiful completely renovated apartment, located 2 min from the valley station in Laax and the Rockresort with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace and large comfortable sofa. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are a lovely and harmonious open space. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a large double bed and 1 with 3 custom built single bunk beds. There is one bathroom complete with shower tiled in the special local Vals stone.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Beautiful cozy and bright apartment in the Grisons mountains. Ideally suited for ski holidays as well as a good starting point for hiking trips & bike tours or to relax in the green idyll from everyday stress. The chairlift (Brigels/Vuorz/Andiast) can be reached within 4 minutes by car. The ski resorts Flims/Laax and Obersaxen can also be reached in 20 minutes. Skis and sledges can be rented on site. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.
