Cottage holiday rentals in Rushcliffe District

I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It was a real home from home for me and my family and the surroundings are stunning! The welcome kit provided by Amanda was a lovely gesture and the homemade Victoria sponge was the best cake I’ve ever tasted! You can tell that Amanda and Martin have been doing this a long time - they had everything covered both in terms of facilities and handover knowledge. We are looking to return in the summer when hopefully the weather is a bit kinder to us! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Stunning place, we went as a group of 9 and absolutely loved our stay.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at The Fern. The cottage has everything you need and fun extras that Nigel and Laura have clearly put a lot of thought into, both for us humans and our pup! Perfect place to bring your doggo to, our pup had the best time exploring the rest of the farm. Garden at the cottage is perfect to let them wander too. Short 20-minute walk to a local riverside pub and a 10-minute drive to main shops at Newark. Will definitely be coming back to the Fern!

Lovely little getaway! The place was spotless clean and the host was friendly and very helpful! Had a lovely time! Definitely going back sometime!!!

Thank you so much Rodalyn and Ali, we had a great couple of days staying for a family wedding. after a gruelling bank holiday Monday drive from Cornwall, we were all really tired when we arrived, and the treats and food/ drinks you left were really appreciated. a gem of a place to stay, very private. read the instructions for parking your cars, they are invaluable. thanks so much both x

We had a lovely time the place was clean, homey and spacious, we played games watched tv and did some cooking in the very well equipped kitchen! Loved the hot tub it was relaxing and the perfect touch. A lovely place indeed! Would have loved to meet the dog but will have to see next time ☺️ Thankyou Andrew and Sarah x

We had another lovely stay at Philip’s beautiful cottage in rural Nottinghamshire. During our stay it was forecast to be very windy on the second day so Philip came up with a plan to set up the hot tub for us on the first night while we went out for some food so we could still enjoy the hot tub! Wonderful host and lovely little cottage. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, very private and quiet. All we needed was provided in the house. Hot tub was ready on our arrival. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time at the cottage! Annette was really helpful and kind, even popping by to check we had settled in well. She responded really quickly if we had any questions before our stay. The cottage is perfect, super clean, has absolutely everything you need and then some. Another fantastic easy stay at Kirsty’s cottage. I was competing at Arena UK and our 3.5tn lorry fits in the car park. Great location and only a few minutes back to the venue. Cottage warm and tidy with nice touches. Hopefully be back again next year!

The coffin makers cottage was beautifully presented, super clean and just what we were looking for. Warm and cosy with all required amenities. We felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

Stoop Cottage is beautiful, so warm and cosy but spacious if that makes sense. The photos don’t do it justice! We had such a great time - loads to do nearby and a pretty park two mins away to take my dog for a short walk when needed. Rachel was so lovely - highly recommend x

Claire was a perfect host! We stayed at the coach house for around 6 weeks due to our house being damaged in a flood! She was very accommodating and let us take our fur babies with us too! My little girl even learnt to crawl in the lovely living area. Great area with lots to do! The house was spotless and well kept! Would definitely recommend. Be nice to visit again and visit more of the pubs! Thank you so much!

We found this place due its perfect location close to the wedding venue we were attending. It was just perfect for us. So neat and tidy and peaceful. We found some really nice bars, cafe and restaurant just over the river accessible from the footbridge just a few minutes walk from the house. Loved it.

The Nook was a lovely place to stay. We loved the dog walks right on the doorstep (and a dog field which can be hired very close by). Lovely touches of bread, milk, toiletries etc.

Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peace, fantastic scenery plenty walks and things to do. Super cozy place to spend some time. Will be visiting here again 10/10

WE ENJOYED OUR SHORT STAY IN ALEX PLACE. THE HOUSE IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WE EASILY FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO ENJOY THE HOUSE, WE WERE BUSY WITH THE GRADUATION OF OUR DAUGHTER.
