Absolutely Wonderful!!Absolutely fantastic! A perfect place to unwind, take in the beautiful scenery, and explore the house without feeling crowded. It’s incredibly spacious—I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend it for large families or groups. I'm still curious about the Dawdi House (apartment) attached to the main house, maybe next time. 🙂

This was our second time staying here. Just as great as the first time. House looks exactly like pictured, very clean, comfy beds, conveniently located for the event we were in town for, & hosts were great. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time staying here! It had all the amenities listed. Originally thought it was going to be more private, but it was still a good fit for us. All commonly used spaces were clean. The house could use some TLC here and there, but again everything that mattered was nice and we spent most of our time outside anyways. Jon was a great host, thanks again!!

Darlene and Samuel were exceptional hosts. We stayed in the Sundance RV for a week and enjoyed the beautiful property, walking around the pond, and experiencing both sunny days and snow-covered trees. The RV was stocked with tea, coffee, oatmeal, popcorn, and homemade cookies. We even purchased fresh eggs from Darlene, which were cheaper than at the grocery store. One night, Perry was ill from a kidney stone, and Samuel brought over-the-counter pain meds at 6 am in the freezing cold. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience and provided everything we needed. We cooked every meal in the RV and enjoyed home-cooked meals in a smaller kitchen on wheels. They are always looking for ways to improve guests' stays, so if you find something broken or missing, just let them know. They are reasonable and kind.

We were in the area for a family birthday and this location is right in the community. Very nice cabin with rustic but comfortable décor and very clean. We enjoyed time on the front porch looking out at the pond as well as by the fire pit. We used the kitchen for simple meals and had everything we needed. The bathroom was roomy, well organized and clean. Everything comfortable and described well. No bad surprises. Also enjoyed enjoyed our visit with Darlene!!

We loved our stay! My two-year-old daughter really liked the camper and loved the outside area as well. We came down for a wedding and we really loved our stay here although it was a short stay. it is a spot that we will definitely come back and bring our dogs to!

This is the second time we have rented this home from Doris. The house was great and accommodated our large family. It’s very close and conveniently located to Fort Benning. We had to make several trips back and forth to the fort for our son’s graduation ceremonies and were grateful to be so close! Doris is a wonderful host and great person! I accidentally left some of my clothes in the nightstand and Doris shipped them to me and refused to let me reimburse her for her time or shipping costs! I cannot say enough about how kind she has been each time we rented from her!!
