County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Our home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find Russian River Brewing Company, 45 minute drive to the coast, and a little over an hour to San Francisco. The apartment is above our 2 car garage. It's a quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, and close to Sonoma County wineries, breweries and hiking trails.
