The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house on the outskirts of Kalameny village, about 500 m from a thermal spring. It consists of a separate hall, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen has an electric oven with hob, fridge and kettle. Heating is electric. Parking is possible in front of the house or in the yard. Near the house natural thermal swimming pool, Old castle Liptov (Sielnický hrad), Spa Lúčky, Aquapark Bešeňová, dam Liptovská Mara.
