Daniel’s home was beautiful. The bed and linens were comfortable. The Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space to sit outside on the multiple balconies. The manager, Alex, was always available if I had any questions or concerns. He even helped me get money exchanged and order me taxis and help me order food. The neighborhood is walkable and beautiful. There is a supermarket and a coffee stand just at the end of the block. The grocery store (Dinnok) is a great landmark to use to find a place and for directing taxis. There is construction noise on the black during the day, but it is quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a wonderful short stay at a really nice place. The hosts were extremely helpful checking on me every time in case I needed anything. Appreciated the support and effort to make me feel comfortable and at home!

The perfect place for remote working. Not that the entirety of Kigali isn't super safe, but this place is an added layer of security with a gate a guard. The area is beautiful and peaceful, though it's a ~15 minute walk to the nearest food spot, so be prepared to take Motos almost everywhere. Internet speed was reliably 50 Mbps on WiFi with no outages. There were a couple of quick electrical outages around 2-2:30 that came back withing ~15 minutes. Eugenie is super responsive and helpful and an extremely welcoming host. The place was super clean and anything you could possibly need was included (iron/board, toiletries, cleaning supplies, feminine products, blow dryer, detergent, etc). I would absolutely come back here next time I visit Kigali!

Excellent place, nice neighborhood and quiet.

Great spot if you're looking to spend a few days in Kigali. Not too far from the airport. Hosts were very responsive. They accepted my request on short notice and even got me a pickup from the airport.

Amazing apartment. One of the best place l have stayed. They even have daily cleaning. That was amazing. Felt like hotel stay.

The place was very peaceful, clean and private. Jeanne was also very responsive. The best part, however, was Emmanuel! If helpful was a person, it would be him! We got lost a million times while navigating Kigali and he was always there to guide us and speak to our drivers! This was before we discovered the Move App. He was also super responsive and very keen. He made the stay so worth it!

Gisele’s place is well located for restaurants, transport, groceries, and plenty of options. The apartment is better than the photos and the host was quick to respond whenever a need arose. Highly recommend for others who are looking for an upscale apartment in Kigali at a great price.

I really loved my stay at this place and Rwanda is really the safest, well organized and cleanest city on the African continent

The accommodation has everything you need, there are a lot of shops nearby. The host was very helpful, reacted very quickly and helped us with everything we needed.

I had best days at Lantana, the host is very friendly and kind, the place is amazing with a very good view of kigali city and peaceful neighborhood. The staff at Lantana are very welcoming and supportive. I will always be happy to come back. Anyone traveling in Kigali Lantana will be your best choice.

Excellent, this is a private, clean, and secure place location in a nice, clean neighborhood. I felt just at home. The host is very responsive. He left me a record msg to play it for the taxi and motorcycle drivers, and I had no issue leaving my place and coming back to my place. The taxi driver they don't understand the building address they depend on the name of the house and the name of the location. I really enjoyed my stay at Ishimwe's place. Checking in and checking out is very smooth. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Kegali Rwanda.

Very clean and beautiful space. Have stayed here a couple times and love it. Three things I'd improve on: 1. Make internet work on the 3rd floor. The signal is so weak up there and almost never works. 2. Include more towels in the bathrooms. A set of towels, like in hotels, in every bathroom will go a long way. 3. Add body wash to the bathrooms and liquid hand wash, and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. The tiny/baby soap bars in the bathrooms are just not it

The most important thing I believe when it comes to holiday rentals for a guest is communication. Gaston was very responsive and communicates swiftly. We didn't have to wait for a long time before he got back to us whenever we had a query. Gaston went out of his way to make our stay was comfortable. Always recommending places to visit while in Kigali. We paid for the two bedroom apartment but Gaston was kind enough to let us use the upstairs vip balcony/veranda which wasn't in what we paid for so that was super great of him. I love that we walked in and found welcome snacks. For first timers in an unknown place that is very thoughtful of them to do. Pictures and amenities are alike what you find in the house. We got to take walks at night seeing as it is a super safe neighborhood which was something Gaston suggested from day 1. I definitely would recommend this apartment and will surely visit again. Smashing value for money. Theo was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided a free hand washing service and was attentive to my every need. I have no hesitation in recommending his place.

Otty was very responsive and worked to make sure we got in ok, despite arriving on a very late flight. He took time to explain the location exactly to our driver, who had no issues finding the place. It's a very secure and quiet neighborhood.

It was a beautiful place and well kept. Cleanliness staff attended every day.
