I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. I always look forward to returning and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

Harvey’s place was great! Everything was very clean and neat. Clear instructions on how to use lighting, appliances, and other equipment. My wife especially loved the pressure and the hand held shower head in the bathroom for washing her long hair. Everything was great, place was as described and pictured. Great place to stay.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

Our party had a great stay at Julie's home! The house is so well stocked and so many logical choices were made by Julie to make the stay as convenient and effortless as possible. The hot tub was awesome, the lower floor was cozy and fun with plenty of games, and the layout was great for the two kids and two adults. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Julie was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. She also had a basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. I would love to come back in the summer months to kayak on the lake. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

We had a wonderful time here! It was my husbands surprise 50th birthday, and we were able to fit all of our siblings, some friends, and kids! Tons of room for everyone! Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay with Alexa! This was our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely adore it. Great restaurants and shopping all within 15 minutes of the house. The pool house is cozy and clean, we enjoyed the hot tub/pool combo very much. The yard is spacious and fenced in, so our dog had a great time! Alexa has all the essentials that you need for your stay so you don’t have to worry about anything! Our time was stress-free and relaxing. We absolutely love this home and we cannot wait to return this summer/fall! If you are wondering if you should book, we highly recommend that you do!! This beautiful home is great for families. My family of 8 adults and 1 dog stayed for a weekend. The home is clean clean clean and has everything a family could need. Games galore! Although our stay was for a sad reason (laying sister to rest) the home brought us together as a family. Plenty of room and great location. I highly recommend. I will rent again during summer!

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our trip up to NH, and little did I know it would turn into our engagement trip! Susan was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and responding to questions promptly. We’ll definitely be back! The yard was secure and ideal for our 7-month-old puppy to play in. We also enjoyed taking walks around the area! Susan went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of wine in the fridge, turning on the lights for us, and ensuring the cabin was spotless. It was truly the perfect place for our stay!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, spotless clean , comfortable. Most of all it is the beautiful setting in the woods close to lake. Great for adults and families. Highly recommended.
