Excellent location - quiet, close to the beach and town. House had everything we needed and the backyard was a lovely space.

Great family house extraordinarily well equipped kitchen with lots of equipment and clear instructions. Peaceful, private, comfortable. Walk to beachover a sand ridge or via flat streets in 5-10 minutes. Beachside walk to shops in 20-25 minutes. Great value.

Lovely place , easy to get too.

Really well-equipped traditional holiday house feel which we appreciated. We appreciated that the house felt lived in and came with all the equipment that one would have at home. DVD's and CD's were great to have as well. Being able to have our two Dachshund's there helped so much as well. Much appreciated.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

The place was beautiful, Doreen was very accommodating and responsive. We had a family get together and enjoyed a bbq on the balcony.

John was flexible with our earlier check in as we were travelling with a toddler and over 2 hours away from home. The house was so spacious and had a lovely outdoor area to entertain the little one. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a large group and they were comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities and functioning well and a beautiful dining table with plenty of space. We only stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding down at the Bellarine winery. The house had so much space for everyone to get ready. Overall we all had a relaxing over night stay. I apologise for a bit of mess we made and didn’t realise until at the end that we didn’t take the rubbish out.

Our stay at Kelly’s was excellent. Very Modern and clean. Great location.

Perfect location,perfectly comfortable,perfect hosts and a perfect break with perfect weather. The yard was well fenced so our dog was safe, it was easy walking distance to everything,and we had a spa to end our perfect days.We highly recommend staying here. 😁😎☺️

Christel's place is exactly as described. It's very clean and has all that you need for a short stay. I would recommend it anytime for a great weekend stay. very close to all amenities and a stone throw from the Rosebud Pier. It's bang for the buck. Would stay again.

This has to be one of the best places we have stayed in. We stay a lot in Cowes and this was by far fantastic. Extremely clean, plenty of space, close to everything in town and a balcony for fresh air. Plenty of extra additional touches, bacon, bread, milk and all the tea, coffee items you could ever want. AAAA++++ accommodation and we highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely be staying again. 😊

Carmela and Mark were very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and well maintained, very close to the beach+hotsprings. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to come again in the future!

We stayed 2 nights for a wedding and the place was perfect for us. Little touches of chocolates and biscuits were also a nice touch. Place was just as described and we both enjoyed our stay. Close to shops and a busy cafe across the road for coffee and food :)

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at The Pad. What’s not to love, its beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Thanks Karen.

Greg’s place was easily accessible off a main road and had a private courtyard with all the requirements.
