Welcome to my urban and very different downtown apartment. The apartment has been used as a viewing apartment for a number of residential magazines, and was presented in good morning Norway in light of sustainable renovation. No one lives in the apartment. Started with a rental on Airbnb in October 2024. The apartment can, among other things, offer generous ceilings and unique material choices. Stylish and unique build up. Good vibe. 1-5 min walk to hospital, college and city center. Peaceful and very central location.

Very nice newer apartment located in a well-established and popular residential area just opposite Leirvik. From the property has a panoramic view of Leirvik, sea and to mountains. Good sun conditions with late night sun. The accommodation is conveniently furnished on 2 floors and maintains consistently good standards. Heating cables in the floor. Short distance to playground, kindergartens, schools, shop, great hiking areas, beach beach, sports facilities and Leirvik city center with all service offerings.

The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.
