Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sabanilla Montecarmelo

The home was architecturally lovely and the craftsmanship was of a good quality. We had minor issues, for example, a couple of times there was no water in the morning. We contacted the host and he had his service people on site within minutes and they were able to fix the problem immediately. The area has a fantastic climate and the cabanas are designed to take full advantage of it. The cabanas are a part of the hotel complex, they are located on the beach and have access to the hotel's swimming pool and a sun deck as well. My main reason for being there was kitesurfing but my family enjoyed the amenities.

Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

I guess the standards will depend on where you live and what’s your lifestyle is. You have to take an account. You’re in a country that a lot of people don’t have necessities like we have here in the US. I found the house to be very nice. Yes, it’s very old. I guess in a historic districtthey could use better conditions around the pool. The house has a lot of room so you don’t feel uncomfortable with other guests there air conditioner works great everyone they’re very friendly.

The hosts are such kind people. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Shopping, recommendations, even planning and executing a surprise birthday for my friend. the place is awesome, with amazing views, large kitchen and places to spread out.

Simply spectacular! Don't miss an opportunity like this! A place with all the amenities, located on a hill so it has a beautiful view of the beach, it has central air in the living room, and each room with air too, with balconies that when you wake up what you see is the sea, the host is very helpful and Mr. Felix (the person in charge of taking care of the cabin) is very attentive to any questions, really grateful for the experience in this cabin, it was great to spend New Year there!

My experience in this beautiful place was amazing. Very responsive host and always available. If you needed something he will take care of you. I highly recommend you stay here and visit Barranquilla specially during their carnival festivals. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend !

The place was wonderful, the stay was easy we get a lot help from alfredo and the same time a lot privacy. I’m happy to find this place, was a magical stay. I hope can be back soon

Excellent accommodation, a place with all the amenities required to enjoy a family vacation. Very friendly host, excellent communication.

We spent a couple of wonderful days at this house on the beach. The place is a true paradise: quiet, perfect for resting and disconnecting. We traveled with our family, including our son and our two dogs, and felt completely at ease. Everything went perfect during our stay, and Sebastian's hospitality was outstanding. He is an extremely attentive host, always attentive to every detail, which made us feel right at home. Definitely a place we want to go back to. 100% recommended!
