The home was beautiful and matched the photos online. Clean and inviting! Gregory was responsive while booking and during our stay. Very kind and would stay here again for another girls weekend get away!

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

This house is everything and more. Amazing location, plenty of room, comfortable and clean. We had a blast. Close walk to town and beach. Aaron had plenty of beach chairs and a beach carrier for all your stuff. Plenty of space to park, grill, AC in all rooms. Was fantastic. Can’t wait to be back!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

Paula’s was the perfect spot for a weekend trip with a group of friends for my birthday! It had plenty of sleeping spots for us and was very comfortable, and we really loved the hot tub. They were such responsive and communicative hosts as well, and offered us a flexible late check-out. Thank you!

Our stay at Kearsarge Cottage was amazing. Its location and the size was what drew me to the listing, but what sealed the deal were all the 5 star reviews with stellar comments on the house and host Tom. We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren so being together was important. Between the house and its addition there was plenty of space for togetherness, but also separation for sleeping and bathrooms. The kitchens are modern and have every gadget and appliance imaginable. TV setup and WiFi was perfect. And we couldn’t have asked for a better location. A 2 minute drive to Cranmore for winter fun and super short walk to town (5-6 minutes) for restaurants and shopping. Tom and Nori are amazing hosts with what they provide for their guests. They were readily available, and answered messages quickly. I would not give a moments hesitation to rent this house again. This was a beautiful spot. We loved the little table in the living room, which was filled with games and infant toys. There were outlet covers and reasonably kid proofed so we could let our baby crawl around. The view was beautiful, rooms were clean, and the space was nicely decorated. There were kayaks, fire wood, a wood burning fire place, and fire pit outside. We didn’t have much time, but if we’d spent a few days here, it would have been neat to take advantage. The view is definitely the selling point. Mountains surrounding a lake, boats every so often, miss coming up from the water. It was just a very nice little slice of mountainous Maine.
