Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Saco River

We had an amazing time in old orchard! Both my boyfriend and I had never been, and this was the perfect balance of relaxation and doing activities to experience more of Maine! The Airbnb was in a prime spot, about a 7 minute walk from the pier. It was clean, organized, and the perfect size for the two of us. Our host Krystle was phenomenal. She was very responsive, gave so many recommendations for things to do, places to go, where to eat, etc. She responds in a very timely manner as well. There were so many amazing restaurants, shops, and they also had a carnival going on. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and it was gorgeous - very clean and not overly crowded. The locals were all so friendly as well! We found a some cool walking trails, went to Portland for a sunset lighthouse tour cruise, and also did a self-guided kayaking tour! We could not have been happier with our stay and we would definitely come back and rent from this host again!

We loved our stay at the Sea Marsh condo! It was the perfect space for our little family. Very comfortable and clean. Havah and Joe were great to work with and very friendly! We look forward to staying there again in the future :)

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment in downtown Brattleboro. It was close to restaurants and lots of interesting shops. Highly recommended!

Donna and Jim were amazing Airbnb hosts! I rented their apartment for 6 months while working in the area. It was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. They were so supportive and provided great communication. They were also so considerate considering I work 12 hr night shifts. The area has all amenities, and this apartment is walking distance to the ocean! The apartment was well supplied and I wanted for nothing. Overall, I’d definitely stay with them again, and I’d highly recommend their rental for anyone needing one in the area.

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

We recently had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 70-acre estate nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect blend of opulence and natural beauty that this property offers. The expansive ridge-line views were absolutely breathtaking, stretching as far as the eye could see—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Speaking of coffee, the on-site coffee bar was a delightful touch, with high-quality coffee provided as a welcome gift, ensuring our mornings started off on the right note. The relaxing hot tub was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas after long days of skiing at Loon Mtn a short 12min drive. For entertainment, the game room was a hit with with my family—featuring a beautiful shuffleboard table, a brand-new air hockey table, and even a pool table. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful and cozy stay for our group of 10. The house is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The hot tub and the outdoor areas felt very private, and we felt right at home immediately. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well with essentials. Michael went above and beyond—he was flexible, always communicated promptly, and accommodated us around a major snowstorm at the end of our trip. Definitely a 5-star experience for both the host and the place.

Book right now! Such an amazing place to stay and enjoy a weekend in NH! Close to skiing, grocery stores, gas stations and more. The house is perfect for kids - we had ages 2, 7,, 8 and 11 with us and they all had a blast! 10/10 home. All amenities and more! Definitely will be back!

Girls weekend was amazing! The house is near some walking trails so we spent the day Saturday hiking, we had such beautiful weather! The house was beautiful, hot tub was amazing! The only thing I’d say is that we didn’t have kindling to start a fire in the wood fireplace, so that was kind of a bummer, so we weren’t able to use it- so I’d recommend bringing your own kindling if you plan on staying in the winter months and want to use the fireplace- but the pellet stove worked great! Definitely heats up the place! All in all we had a great time and felt right at home! Will definitely be back!

We had the best time at Spruce Mountain Manor! The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Views were unbelievable. Kitchen was so well stocked, she thought of everything you could possibly need. I loved the way the house was decorated, very thoughtfully designed and sophisticated with high end fabrics like velvet and beautiful colors. We would love to come back again soon! Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

We stayed here with our daughter, her husband and their brand new baby. One BR on the main, and 2 BR up was a perfect accommodation for us. We were able to keep a room toasty warm for baby but the rest of the house cooler for adults. Kitchen is well-enough equipped, but I always travel with my own knives, a silicon spatula, and a couple extra tea towels—I used all. Ben’s rehab of the bathroom upstairs is very nice, and he was a responsive host when we had questions. Entry a little dicey in snowy and icy conditions.

Great house, great host and great stay ! The house was spotless, perfectly equipped and spacious, even for our group of 13. Hannah was super friendly and responsive. I 100% recommend !

This was a great place to stay for a winter weekend up north! Location was perfect and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

The view of the mountain from the living area was beautiful. The shuttle service to the mountain made it easy for our group of 11 to get on the slopes. The spacious area of the home kept us out of each other’s way!!! An added benefit was being close to stores and shops.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.

Dan was a great host. Communicated well, was very responsive…we have stayed at Jay many times over the years and appreciated that the house was stocked, we had everything we needed for our stay…just like it was our place. Sounds simple but usually we’re running to get the little things and it was nice to just be able to relax and know they were there. Thanks Dan, we will be back!! Oh and the 300+ inches of snow was kinda cool too!

This stay at the Loon Lincoln Lodge was the perfect Airbnb for our ski trip. The one bedroom feels very homey and cozy after a long day of skiing. Hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions. Flexible letting us book late and modify our stay. Would love to stay here again!

Beata was very responsive to all my needs and questions! Perfect place for large family: parents, grandkids and grandparents. Felt everyone had enough space to all hang out and also privacy when needed!!! Pool and hot-tub in building shared by others was a huge plus:: everyone enjoyed their time here.
